    I love that you show the next move and that there is an alarm letting know when to pass to the next move. In that way, we don’t have to break our neck to look at the screen while doing a pose, it’s flown and very pleasant. Did this one after a cardio workout and it was super relaxing.

    I've done this twice now and I have to say it's grounding at the end of a workout and I feel wonderful when I'm finished. So calming.

    This video is something incredible. Everything is perfect here - smooth movements that make you feel the whole body, pleasant music (perfect for a calm start to your morning) and a beautiful picture of the sea. I have been looking for a warm-up for a long time that will not make me shake during the entire video, but will simply give me the opportunity to calmly and gently stretch all my muscles, and finally I found it!

    I've never done this kind of stretching before. I'm going to start watching your videos before and after working out! I really enjoyed this it was easy to follow along and I love the beep that let's me know when to change poses

    I've done this only once and I'm finding it a little hard but I must say...the energy I'm feeling after doing this is so grounding and relaxing. I'll practice this until I'm perfect and really I love ALL your videos ❤❤❤

    you guys are too good I don't need to go outside gym in this pandemic. I found you guys in my isolation period and I did couple of your exercises in my Covid period, I felt very refreshing and much better , specially I did it with my own pace slowly , thankyou!!

    since this morning I was Meh the whole day, then I did my workout while I was meh and then I said lets do some stretching then the hip opener arrived and I was like oh woowww I found life again. I think there was some negativity in my hip which was connected to my brain as well thank youuuuu

    I'm here to appreciate 🙏 thank you so much for making a wonderful full body stretch video. No talking only relaxing music and doing exercise along. After finishing exercise that clapping made me appreciate myself for taking a break for myself. I had a painful week due to stiffness on my neck and shoulder and then I promised myself I will do body stretch exercise everyday. I hope I'll keep my promise ❤

    I used to be bigger into lifting weights but I broke my neck when I was 16 in two places. I healed up for the most part but have a lot of lingering ligament and joint damage. I have quit lifting heavy weight for body weight exercises and I started wanting to get into calisthenics. But I think ultimately with yoga it would do me best. These stretches have me feeling a lot better thank you!

    It feels like I'm motivated in trying different stretching and want to consider doing this for the remainder of my life. The challenges I face is not noticed by my surroundings and I feel like my hard earned work is unnoticeable. This particular matter interferes with my daily activities. God bless you and I consider putting God first through prayer and meditation.

    ok these stretching videos of your are just wonderful. I've done only 2 now- but the colors are so nice and especially this one in it's simplicity with the water, a rock, the wind, and the restorative movements. just perfect really. after HIIT or tabata or weight training- this is just fabulous. I love the hip opener movements, beautiful and such a good stretch. great job ladies

    What a location I love stretching by the sea and taking in that healthy sea air, great video ladies, remember everybody to work on your flexibility it's an area of fitness many of us ignore but will be important for us all because as we age we lose mobility all my students and subscribers have benefited from my flexibility and how to split workouts.

    I’m new here, but shout out to the blondie I may be wrong but I feel like we both have tight groins and can’t put our legs all the way down in a butterfly position or similar and it’s helpful to see someone else powering through it and working towards more flexibility
