Great quick morning stretch for when you have no time - perfect!!
Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

@@Learner5406 It is clearly a lie. In their profile picture they are above 18 which means no growth from puberty, and 4 inches is far too much to possibly be gained from stretching.

I feel heaven.I decided to do for 10 days.I will update daily
wow, this is so good as a stretch before bed, this relaxed me like crazy.
I play volleyball a lot, and in some practices we do like 2 hours of setting exercises and my shoulders get really stiff. Those last stretches are so good, relieved my pain by 90%. Thank you!
This was very much needed a day after a challenging workout, gonna save this to my workout playlist!!

Wow, it's scary how not flexible I am compared to you. I can't even move 20% of the distance your legs moved without it feeling literally impossible.
But I must do this more often because it hurts to sit while kneeling and I work on my kneels most of the day.

Im convinced these stretch gals dont take in consideration for the thick girlies trying to lose weight and are sore from working out. Ive clicked on 3 different videos and am disappointed with all of them. Some of the stretch positions are difficult for me to do??? I have thick thighs. Im not super skinny. Its hard to wrap my hands together and hold my leg. . . Guess ima just stick to the basic stretches they taught us in gym class 🫡
