Yay. Welcome to Perth. I’m excited to watch you explore WA. People so often forget to come and visit and although I may be completely bias, it really is a beautiful state.
I used to live in Fremantle (Freo) & while it is basically a Perth suburb now, it is actually it's own city, it was very separate from Perth until the suburban sprawl joined them together... I recommend South Beach in Freo, has a cute little cafe there too... also the historic Freo prison tour is excellent, its just across from the markets. The Sail & Anchor pub is also across from the markets and you can sit on the top balcony have a drink and watch the buskers/street performers in the small square below (between the pub and markets)... I live down south of Perth now, I hope you plan to head south west in Western Australia... it is AMAZING. Recommend Busselton, Margaret River & Dunsborough, Gnomesville is an interesting oddity and can couple it with a scenic drive through Ferguson Valley and stop into the breweries there, especially the Bush Shack Brewery. Further south see the gorgeous Pemberton and climbing the Gloucester Tree (other similar and less touristy a little further south)... continue south and definitely do not miss Walpole and Denmark... visit the Giant tingle trees, the Valley of the Giants, so much natural beauty here, beaches are amazing, Historic Albany, the Sterling Range National Park and hike Bluff Knoll and Castle Rock then over to Esperance and check out Lucky Bay which was recently rated the #1 best beach in THE WORLD (legit, google it!)... loop back to Perth via Wave Rock near Hyden. Looking forward to seeing your north Western Australia trip as I haven't been north of Kalbarri and looking forward to going hopefully in the near future... Enjoy your travels!
Ahhh these are all such great recommendations & we’ve already visited quite a few of them so I’m excited for you to see the vlogs! Thank you so much for watching 💛
Hi I'm a Aboriginal woman from Perth WA and my people are the Noongah people of the South West region of Western Australia and I've seen alot of ur videos and u haven't mentioned the the First Nations of this country as we're a MAJOR PART of this Countrys history as we've been ere for more than 80000yrs + and there's alot of AMAZING things that u can learn about Aboriginal culture♥️🖤💛🦘🦘
You were here for 80,000 years, yet. You have failed to evolve at all in anyway. If Europeans had not settled here, you would still be living in a cave. There’s nothing interesting about that.
You know what would be so cool - if you took drone footage at the start of each new city you explore / get copyright free dron footage if its too busy and use it as an intro with little snippets of that vlog at the end? cause that would be a great hook x
Im from UK my Son has lived in Perth since 2011 its a beautiful stunning place, more laid back than Sydney I was there for Christmas and Sydney for New Year 2023, 3 weeks in total, Freo is beautiful as well as Rottnest Island, you've visited the places I have, Making me want to go back soooo much... Enjoy your travels ❤
I started watching Australian vlogs a bit too religiously ever since I got over 88 in every section of my last PTE Exam (that result was 2 days ago. It raised my hopes a little too far). I've been wanting to travel to Australia since 2016 so badly (talk about an addict to Forza Horizon 3. That game gave me a really nice view of Australia) It was nice watching your vlog, but I should get back to programming my video game... :)
How very dare you call Fremantle a suburb of Perth!😁😁. It's a city and is older than Perth. I also just realised this video is exactly 12 months old to the day.
I don't know how it's like in the UK but in Germany most couples have single duvets, like it's very rare to have one duvet for both and every time I'm on vacation I struggle so much with the double duvets because I usually wrap myself into a burrito with my duvet and I can't do that when I have to share my duvet how do so many countries live like this I really don't understand 😂
Love the vlog however please research areas you can fly your drone as it is illegal to fly your drone in Kings Park without permission from the Kings Park Authority and paying their fee for commercial drone flying
You would have seen a lot of the homeless people and a lot of the drug addicts here in Perth. They are everywhere here in Perth. It is also not safe to walk around at night here in Perth and it is also not safe to use public transport here in Perth.
@@glosstech1 I am not exaggerating. I live here in Perth so I know what it is like here. It is bad here and it has gotten worse here and it continues to get worse here. What would you know anyway? I bet you are not even from here and I bet you have never been here.
Can I suggest if you film yourself talking in the mirror that to look straight ahead and not at your camera. 🙄 It really does look stupid when people do this Infront of camera's being too concerned how they are taking that photo or filming them selves. You can simply hold the camera still and still look straight a head surely. Besides that you did a good video. 👍
Hey, my channel is for lifestyle & travel vlogs following all aspects of my life, including fashion, food, travel, myself & my boyfriend chatting etc etc! Sorry if you don’t like that, there’s a lot of super specific perth must-do / reviews already on TH-cam that might be a little better focused for what you’re after!

Perth is a lovely state where I live it has no toll road like other parts of Australia and it is a nice peaceful place for bringing up children in.
Perth and Western Australia just might be the best place on Earth to live.
It is beautiful for sure but I found it was boring after a while , I guess I was only young at the time
no you are right it is boring
boring if you are young and hot-blooded.
great if you have young family.
if you happen to be old, they have good nursing/retirement homes too.
It's become a Saturday morning routine to have a cuppa and toast and watch your most recent video!!😂
I love this🥹🥹🫶
Bathers' beach is the scungiest beach in the state. On the northern side of the port, the white, clean beaches stretch for miles and miles.
I’ll be packing for Perth in November. Thanks for this !

Fremantle is always a good move for visiting Western Australia 🦘
We loved it!
Glad you enjoyed the markets Molly! Thanks for visiting :)
Thank you so much for inviting us! We lovedddd visiting & will definitely be back!
Has anyone ever told you that you look like Drew Barrymore? 💗
I was thinking the same thing. 😊
hahaha I get this a lot
You are right. Amazing
I’m soooo happy as I live in Perth. I will thank you so much and I wish you visited the suburb of southern river. It is very nice here

The swan valley is beautiful in. Spring
Arriving in Perth just before winter is a bold move.
hahaha compared to Melbourne it felt like the middle of summer!!
Good time of year to go yeah. Snakes have retreated. Temperature good to explore
LOVE the new intro! I prefer it to your other one. Enjoy your travels xx

Did you walk everywhere around Perth city? Hope someone let you know the different colour CAT buses are free.
Yessss we did! We kind of like exploring a new place on foot as it helps you see places you’d miss otherwise!
Pub meals are cheap and good value. Should try one. 👍
Is there any gym in the hostel?
Tom you could have a kickabout , im assuming you mean a football ( soccer in Australia)
Never been to Elizabeth Quay, never will. A beautiful park was destroyed to build it
Agree, thy ruined that area.

Heaps more to see in Kings Park, you need a vehicle
Love the vlog however please research areas you can fly your drone as it is illegal to fly your drone in Kings Park without permission from the Kings Park Authority and paying their fee for commercial drone flying
The DJI fly app doesn’t let you fly in restricted zones. It simply won’t take off or fly into restricted airspace
Pubs are definitely a thing is Australia!!! haha
Haha they definitely are, they're just not what we'd call a pub in the UK really hahaha
Theoretically you can't eat or drink on trains
mark looks like Rinku Singh :D... I mean Tom..:D
Good vloy love your travel vlogs
Is Rottnest a separate vlog ?
It is!! I'm uploading it tonight!
Don't forget to do something for the aboriginals while you visit W.A.

What a load of bs..Perth like most big cities has it challenges but dont try to exaggerate the issue.

Hmm personally we didn't find it felt unsafe or dangerous using public transport at all, I'd probably liken it to any major city of it's size?
@@johnm84 well i live in the city ( something you dont do) so what would i know ..live a little champ.
John..Talking out of your freckle mate.
Its full of schools and nursing homes. Its BORING. No vibe at all
Hahaa we liked it!
