It’s crazy how different unique denominations of the same religion are from one another. I think it would make for a great discussion. See what kind of middle ground they come too.
These are great conversations. We see why sin has separated so many from Christ and it’s important that true believers meet non believers where they are to understand their hurt/confusion/pain etc. so that they can have true healing in Christ. Everyone starts out ignorant but those who won't listen/observe will remain that way. Since he was interrupted, they'll likely never know what he *was* going to say and therefore won't know if it was worth hearing.

Most atheists can do the same. A lot of us studied a lot because we were frustrated we couldn't find any rationality in scripture. Learning it creates a reciprocal trend where the more we learn the less we believe.
Not trying to debase this, but I think a lot of Christians can cite scripture but can't like...explain it. I'm not a Christian anymore, but there are key passages that were engrained in my brain from childhood that I was told to repeat so many times that I'll never unlearn them. 1 Peter 3:15 and John 3:16 are like the pledge of allegiance... churchfolk all know it and it's not particularly impressive that we can rote memorize and recite it.

Very wholesome debate. Jake is honestly precious. That and when Kytia started genuinely crying when Kelli was telling her life story was a defining moment
I love how calm this conversation/debate is. Every one is speaking their mind respectfully.
I would LOVE to see these people speak with Cliffe from Ask Cliffe. There is so much these people could learn from someone who could give them true biblical answers.
Absolutely! Would love for Cliffe to be included in these types of discussions
Watching this I was just going back to things Cliffe has said
Agreed! I feel that Pastor Cliffe and his son Stuart are truly the best when it comes to these types of discussions.
YES!!! They need him on Middle Ground, would love to see that!
😂They don’t need to be here it wouldn’t be a debate anymore just them schooling the cast and participants
johnny just brought this episode home with his knowledge. But im so happy to see how respectful everyone is
Wow - a lot of common ground reached - WAS NOT expecting that but I'm so happy! Yes, of course they disagreed about a lot of these issues but the show properly reached its purpose.
Exactly
What purpose?
Can we live with each other peacefully despite differences? Can we have a middle ground, a proper separation of church and state where theres freedom for all.. a brighter tomorrow.. etc. That's the purpose.@@matthewlingelbach4761
@@matthewlingelbach4761 the purpose is to fund middle ground
@@ssimms8995 Best answer that could be given, and as such is correct to say they accomplished their goals. I wasn't expecting someone to answer that logically.
I was expecting some comment like bringing people together or something of the sort. However, I can't argue against them accomplishing their goals as monetary value seems to be the only goal anyone cares about.
