    Omg... I hadnt done any hiit workouts for weeks and It was my first hiit after a while... I had to take couple of breaks at 70% ... IT WAS A KILLER! Loved it!!!! Heart beat reached up to 182 oh my ... Good idea I took breaks haha. It was such a great calorie shed hiit!!

    LOVE this workout!!! It is my new favorite!! I love how leg-focused it is, because that's where I struggle the most. I always gain weight in my inner thighs first, so this workout is PERFECT for me!
