Yay, did this in-sync with the premiere! Missed my 10 km run this morning so decided to wait till 7:45 am (India time) for this intense cardio session to go live. I seriously feel this was better, more effective and much more fun than a 10 km run. I liked the format of 30 secs work followed by 30 secs of active rest. It was tiring no doubt but I felt energetic and super-active on completing this workout. Thank you so much Kathrin, you're absolutely the best 🙏
Landed in Tokyo ,had a few hours nap and for the first time in ages I felt like doing a cardio . That doesn't normally happen to me after such a long flight. But this session was just perfect amount of sweaty and effort and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Absolutely love your workouts Kathrin , I'm cabin crew and I take you with me everywhere ! Whoaaaa I loved this one! I have a jumprope that I haven’t used in ages, so I got it out for the active rest and it made me so happy! These moves were also exactly what I needed to avoid putting pressure on my knee after scraping and hitting it two days ago, but not letting it get stiff between icing and calendula soaks. Love your bright sky blue outfit 💙

I made a choice of this workout instead of a 5k run…this was definitely more intense 😊 made it my own, me vs me by adding in 20 weighted (2x14kg dumbbells) squats every 10% which with all those jump lunges was a challenge 🙌 feeling amazing now and off to watch my little girls sports day and eat my porridge!! 🤣 thanks Katherine, incredible and an inspiration as always ❤

Thank you for pushing me to my limits. That was a struggle. I had to do minimal movement for the active rest at the 60% mark. I am outside at 8 a.m., and it's 82 degrees with high humidity. This was a whole new challenge as I usually work out indoors. Time to stretch and hydrate.❤
Whew, this certainly was intense! 🔥😅 It was just what I wanted this morning, to take a break from the heavy strength workouts I've been doing this week. I try to do at least 1 pure cardio workout a week, and this was IT! I did 40 sec work with 20 sec rest for my intervals, and that worked better for me. Loved it Kay Kay, thank you! ❤
