The staple wheel really needs a revamp there is no world where mophing jar is equal to any 3 xyz which includes zeus
should honestly do a tiered staples so 1 loss = normal staple, 2 losses = better staple and 3 losses = strong staple
No one ever said they were equal. It is random. That is part of the fun. I think people keep forgetting that. This whole series is for fun.

It has been revamped. Sam mentions that at the start of C tier.
@@ThePerfectG yeah I can understand that but at the end of the day I am sure these wheels were like a collaboration of a couple of people. They have already revamped it once and people are clearly still not satisfied. To have either wheel being anywhere near truly satisfying for most people would require polls, pro player input, testing and retesting. If this were a legit competition with any kind of real stakes that would make sense but it is not. That is why I emphasize that it is for fun.

he could have won this week if he played better and would have done what sam told him to do at the end aka normal summon a beat stick and attack. he kept activating effects and let sam start his gameplan which is really fucking stupid if you play psy-frame

...Am I the only one confused as to why Morphing Jar is a staple?
Possibly a staple from every format in the history of the game?
On one side you have single copy of morphing jar, on the other you have sangan+tour guide+lvl3 xyz + zeus
Whoever made these wheels had no idea what they were doing for sure.
The staple should be limited to 1 card each, 1 slot having multiple monster is so fucking weird.

Yeah, Sam just assuming Seereax never knows what he is doing is kind of annoying. I get that there is an understanding that Seereax doesn't have much experience with some of the more competitive/modern decks, but he might be able to figure things out better without Sam trying to lecture him

Hey if you guys are looking to balance things out I suggest adjusting the deck wheel, I get some decks are too good to go down a tier or some not good enough to go down, but a lot of decks simply don't belong in the same category
I think they already adjusted it once

This is totally on him for not reading cards or noticing his opponent hadn't normal summoned in 4 games.

Only fair. seereax had that going for him for a while too. Its a spin wheel that decides. Completely random.
A lot of these were not that op SeeReax just doesnt know how to play most of these and now they actually have to make real plays unlike before where everything would work itself out due to how bad decks were.

I actually feel bad for Reax in this teir. He didn't play bad necessarily but it just seemed like the wheel was part of the month of mayhem lol. He got some horror spins this time around, maybe B will be kinder to him.
Just like seereax said, the more the wheel progressed, the more sam will be able to utilize his knowledge. Seereax knew this outcome.

@@samknowles3189 that’s if Seerax knows that’s how psyframes work, because he isn’t as knowledgeable for a lot of the higher tier decks. Even then, if he does nothing then Sam will eventually get something out.

Lol i still don't get the tiers on the wheel. You have Psy-Frame on the C-tier which makes sense if you are able to use all the stables but this is it should be a whole different wheel for this series. Psy-frame on it's own is very powerful because most decks need to use spells, traps or monster effects. Especially in the higher tiers. So being in the C-tier is interesting for sure. The deck Deion used is at best D-tier without much to help it. Not sure how these decks was tiered lmao but they was and not sure who did it. I do think Psy-Frames can be in B-tier at best. I get they need their opponent to do stuff but most of the time they will do stuff lol.
thaths the thing tho, yes psy-frame is really strong but its like kaiju, if you don't commit and just try to normal summon and beat up your opponents monster, you win. seereax actually had a real shot at wining this if he didn't commit like an idiot on games 2 and 3 and didn't let sam start his gameplan. his lack of knowledge is what made him loose NOT the deck he had. i do agree that sam's deck was better but he actually could have won had he played the deck properly. same thing is true last weak when he had magespecter vs trickster, he could have very well beat him up.
@@sobbles6242that's not even true because Psy Frames have cards that react to Normal Summons and negate attacks as well

Unfortunately the People’s champion has failed due to not having enough game knowledge and it seems like it’ll be more and more obvious, but that’s fine because Seereax is a content creator he plays a million different games. He did his best

I think it’d be cool to see another wheel series like this one with the anime characters instead of specific archetypes. Then a second spin to decide what boss monster they have to use in the deck. So like if Sam got Mako he would spin to see which boss monster he could use (Legendary Fisherman, kairyu shin etc.) and he could use any of the retrains available. Maybe make it a best of three with different characters. Then switch to a different series
he had one with MBT. actually think that both of them should switch place for this series. seereax for the anime nonsense and joseph for the series which requires a lot of game knowledge
All ill say the sires was good with back and forth and now only one side is winning so the sires might be getting a little stale so I hope it gets better

I think a lot of these archetypes are tiered the way they would be i they also had the extra support, like how Wattail Dragon in Hieratics would make the deck a bit more playable, and this is exposing how they shouldn't be considered that tier without the extra support. On the flipside, some mostly splashable archetypes like Danger, Kaiju, and Psyframe are showing their capabilities as solo decks.
This is why I feel the wheel should be refined a bit more
Tbh I wonder how the tier was classes. Ghostrick was on the same tier as those. I guess they are pretty good against pure decks but still seems insane.
This was a great episode, even with the power difference. Felt the friendly rivalry vibes a lot more.

Morphing Jar compared to Zeus is insane, create a tiered staple wheel as someone suggested then reshuffle all your staples
Sam gave Seereax fair chances to win this match. He even refused to count Seereax’s surrender. I think that was quite generous of him.
That was a great duel and jeez I didn't know anything about Frames until now, that deck is crazy.
When I came back to yugioh hieratic were one of my first newer cards that I gravitated to. I liked how they bounced normals out the deck n made blue eyes actually useful lol.

I like trash talk episodes but it was something about ya both being like “alright no bs no TH-cam acting we both as a collective genuinely say this deck is busted” and it being my fav deck is low key to me more entertaining. It felt like more of a chill stream than a planned out video because of you genuinely informing seereax about the Tom foolery that took place😂😂😂😂

I feel like psy frames are c tier if they are being put against another deck that can play staples like ash to negate the effects. But because this is not how you build decks in this series it should be like a b tier as a standalone deck. And the deck Seereax got is D at best if you don’t build it with card outside of the archetype. Probably tear won’t be tier 0 in the format they are playing cause they will lack the ishizu cards Omas generic extra deck stuff
I normally side with Seerax on things but Sam is right beating Psyframes is that simple if the field card is present then they are hard.

The problem with the master wheel is the Tiers are set to these decks running actual staples . You can beat Psy with heiratics with bystials and ringoworm but as stand alone decks they aren’t in the same tier whatsoever so whenever we get to S tier we’re gonna see spright be butt because the biggest monster is gonna be 3200 on a conditional summon. Also rather than getting rid of the “useless” staples just bounce the power crept ones because being able to get Zeus is a win condition on its own.
Havent done private duel rooms in a while but cant you change the settings for infinite time on turns. That way if they need to pause and come back just leave the game on and no one touch it.
The wheel defo needs a re-revamping.
Believe it or not, but these decks are ACTUALLY balanced. It may seem the Psy-Frame COMPLETELY dominated at some points, their still balanced. Because Psy-Frame is a powerful engine that takes a bit of time and turns to set up the whole combo, whilst Hieratic is quick and snappy, but a less powerful engine, no doubt a TOUGH deck, but a quicker, less powerful deck. Their equal.
Sam needs to revisit this decks on wheel. Psyframe is a higher tier. This was mismatched completely. The other 3 matches were seerax bad luck that worked for sam deck but this time you got a B tier deck and can be argued A tier going up against a C tier.
I like when Sam gets greedy and starts throwing the game just to let SeeReax win so he doesn't get mad hahaha!

I think if you redid the staple wheel so that it went in levels of your loss it would make it fair and cyber jar wouldn’t be on the same level as dm staples

Like how is an archetype that negates everything and is able to reuse said negates over and over again on the same level as a deck that can special summon a vanilla monster over and over again (yeah sure the xyzs and the link are good but they don't help if the deck isn't able to protect their materials in the first place)

Yeah so lets address the wheels but first. This was probably the friendliest duel of this series even though Sam was a bit smug the entire time. I need to Call out something I noticed Gaia is now on C-tier when it was previously on the second lowest tier and now some how Heroics with only the ban of Rhongo goes down to F-tier I personally find that not accurate it was definitely C-tier with out Rhongo cause its giant Xyz plays every turn Rhongo made it S cause he completely locks the opponent. Now the Staple wheel you can have things like any 3 xyz or any 3 dangers but you cannot have on the same wheel morphing jar thats in no way the same kinda reward nor just 1 raigeki.
P.S. Sam you can't bring up the fact that you thought you should've re-spun the wheel every couple minutes with having no intention of actually doing it. Kinda looks like you are being smug that you know your wheel is practically Rng to get a deck that will steamroll.

That psychic field zone is not a legal card since it didn't mention psyframe and was instead just general psychic support, or am I wrong about that rule?

1 banlist card, any non-ban spell, one non-archetype supporter. Stuff like this is a lot more in line then what the staple wheel is currently looking like.

Someone should tell Sam that the only reason Psy-Frames were not a top tier deck at their peak is that everyone hated playing it and facing it
That said, SeeReax should've been going first. Sam can't set up the field spell or any traps that way and he only has to deal with one negate
I thought seerax would of figure out to just attack and stop activating effects Before he lost. My friend played a similar deck because he thought it was funny to have a hand full hand traps. He was baffled when I normally summoned an proceed to just beat his ass.
Seereax could've won (or gotten really close) if during the duel he had to go he boosted that 3 banish Hieratic, since the spell prevents its effects from being negated

People commenting on the wheel not being fair act like it wasnt revamped during this series. It will never be balanced enough for everyone as someone will say 1 archetype is OP and another will say its trash so its just not possible.
