DAY 14 & 15: STRIPPING THE FRONT END OFF MY PORSCHE 356!

If you asked me whether it would take very long to take off my Porsche's (Trouble's ) rear lights, reflectors, front indicators, headlights, fog lights and decorative horn grills, I would have said no. Each is held on with no more than 3 small fastenings and all are relatively accessible.
Oh how wrong I was.
Most of these I didn't even undo. Watch to find out how they ended up coming off....

All this work and the wheels, shocks, transmission tunnel and the headliner STILL need to come out before sand- blasting! 😅 I’m only watching on my sofa and I’m exhausted! You have the patience of a saint haha. I just wanna see her back to brand new again lol 😩

Yes it is 😂 I didn’t realise how noisy it was till I watched it all back 🙃 She was a life saver helping scrape all the old under seal off 🙌🏼 Thank you!

My 356 had so much Bondo (filler) in places, including places it was absolutely unnecessary, they must have had a sale on it…but 1, get 5 free.
I found if you heat it up a bit with a propane torch, it will scrape off like butter.

Nooo 😭 whoever owned Trouble before me must have gone to the same store, used one of the cans then given your guy the rest! Her nose has had its fair few knocks…so many I’ve bought a new clip 🙃 Thank you for the tip!

The only "easy" way to get rid of filler is heating until it gets black ish and then scraping it
