    WOOW.. I was waiting for someone to tell me that potatoes are healthy.. Now I have all the reason in the world to eat my two favorites - potatoes are sweet corn.. totally guilt free.......... Can't thank you enough Ma'am.. :-)

    Nisha I really look up to you to learn and help to nourish my body with so many nutritious food and ingredients you have educated us about. I am trying to loose weight since past 2 yrs and I have lost weight( 68 to 64kgs) I knw its very slow bt I dnt take risk. I was operated and my gal bladder is removed due to stone formation.     You can add a dash of raw grated coconut to the salad as coconut is the No 1 health food on this planet. Your recipe is so simple and delicious and your lucid presentation is nice.

    4 cups raw spinach - 28 calories
    ½ avocado - 150 calories
    ½ cup blueberries - 40 calories
    1 tomato - 22 calories
    5 baby carrots - 20 calories
    One car sardines in water- 150 calories
    1 tablespoon Extra virgin Olive Oil - 120 calories
    ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar - 7 calories
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    Total Calories - 477

      You need that much carbs to satisfy hunger bec it's low fat salad...potato n corn has good amount of carbs n hence good energy , so she kept it with low fat.... If we omit those two we need to add more fat n protien like chick peas or paneer..

    Just yesterday or day before yesterday had made this salad nd it was super delicious and nutritious too . I loved having it that i ended take about two or three servings of it . Could you post more salad nd savoury dishes recipe. Which is not too sweet nor deep fried. Nd tod i.tried your cucumber dosa

    1 ear boiled sweet corn
    2 small potatoes boiled and cubed
    2 medium sized carrots chopped
    Half capsicum chopped
    1/2 onion chopped
    2 small cucumbers chopped
    Salt
    1/4 TSP roasted Jeera powder
    1/4 TSP black pepper
    1/4 TSP amchur powder
    1 finely chopped green chilli
    2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
    1/2 lemon juice
    Vegan mayo

    Hello Nisa. Is it ok if I squeeze in a bit of lemon juice in the 'turmeric tea' with the coconut oil? Or, will that hamper its effect? I have very stiff joints as well and develop gout at times.
