    Hello Subah, I appreciate your work a lot. Keep it up. I had issue with irregular periods and heavy prolonged periods. I actually avoid doctors but through acupressure I could figure out my issue exactly. I had heavy prolonged periods for straight three months now. I could not follow the exact timing for the meal but continued having the basic salad. I had only three to four vegetables in my salad but that helped a lot. My heavy prolonged periods got controlled and stopped within just a week. I am continuing having my salads.

    The beet rocket salad has been my favorite. I make the rainbow salad when I think my jawline needs an exercise. And ayunature is when I don’t feel like blending or I have forgotten to soak the nuts. Thank you for these delicious dressings and salads.

    2) I was just diagnosed with systemic diffuse scleroderma and need help with as many “healing” stage recipes as I can get. Meaning the no salt, no oil etc. looking into Gerson Protocol which doesn’t use salt, oil, or many spices for cooking. No legumes, nuts or grains either. Sending you all my love and blessings

      For office goers I would suggest you take your fruit that is your breakfast with you to have at office. Have smoothies on weekends. For lunch take with you the salad. You can put the salad dressing into a smaller box and mix it with your salad just before eating. To munch on snack between lunch and dinner carry with you coconut slices. On weekends you can have green juice, coconut water. For dinner you can prepare the sabzi with satvik chapattis or rice. Have your dinner by 7 pm.

    I always feel she shud come out and clarify the doubts that people are having in the comment section.
    Most of her food combinations are prohibited in ayurveda,i have seen before also not just in tis video.
    And so many viewers who are aware of it point it out in the comment section.
    I do respect her and the efforts tat she puts in,No doubt!
    but she has an obligation to answer her followers.
    Afterall ,so many people trust her and follow her.

Don't just Spread False Lies, Rumours and Hate about it... We should be thankful that she is helping Realize and Apply Vedic and Ayurvedic concepts in our busy Modern lifestyle... And if we go in accordance with Ayurveda, then dude u don't stand a chance in following what the Ancient Ayurveda recommends... U won't be able to follow it...     I have watched all your videos and would like to know your thoughts on the following questions:
    1. All your diet recommendations are extremely relevant for people with sedentary lifestyle / want to lose weight. What would be the best diet for people who do intense workouts such as strength training and cardio everyday?
    2. For somebody who is trying to build strength and muscle in the body, where do they derive enough proteins from?
    3. Can cut fruits and veggies (stored in the refrigerator) be consumed? If yes, what is the maximum time they could be stored for before eaten?

      1. For People Who Do Intense Exercise, Their Body Can Easily Digest Grains, Milk And Whey Protein....So They Can Eat More Heavy.
      2.Whey Protein, Fat Free Milk, Soya Beans, Chickpeas, Lentils Etc
      3. Fruits & Vegetables Should Be Consumed Within 20 Minutes After Cutting Them As After That, They Start Loosing Their Nutritional Value.

    2 carrots
    4 tomatoes
    1 small capsicum
    1 cup coriander
    2 piece of coconut
    Table spoon of black sasame seeds
    Spinach leaves handful -chop
    Rocket leaves handful- chop
    1 small beetroot (chopped , boil beetroot for 10-15 minutes)
    Piece of coconut
    3-4 soaked walnuts
    Dressing: cucumber 1 cup
    4 soaked dates

    Hie Subah , I love your channel . It is a great source of knowledge , I really appreciate your efforts.
    I would like you to check with your ingredients in the cucumber tomato salad recipe , cucumber and tomato, do not go together as they have different digestion timings and mixing them together can cause gas, bloating and other issues as well.
    When the reach the stomach and the process of fermentation starts the acids released in the abdominal cavity for digestion can cause numerous problems .

      Good question it supposed to be in that way should be seasonal and the seasonal diet can only followed by village people but for city people they won't get fresh things anyway so they can get any vegitibles in any season

      @MR Nobody what I have done I shared there is no story created by me.
      I ate carrots, cucumber salad and lemon tea in the morning, one tea spoon edible oil for the whole day and a little workout. That's how I loosed my weight.

      Follow this hair care routine at least 2 times a week -
      a) Massage your scalp with any Pure Herbal oil for 10 minutes.
      b) Wash your hair with water.
      c) Rub some Gram flour on your scalp to clean out the oil.
      d) Wash your hair with water again.
      e) Pat dry the hair with a clean dry towel.
      f) Comb the hair with a wooden comb touching the scalp.
      Take cold water baths. The water should be as cold as bearable. In the present time, rarely anyone baths with cold water because people seek comfort with warm water baths using water heaters. But it must be understood that the body, especially the head must never
      be bathed with warm water.
      Do not use any shampoos, conditioners, serums or medicines. Healthy hair needs neither shampoo nor soap. We have been conditioned to think by brands that we need to use shampoos to maintain hair health. But think about it, did people 500 years ago use shampoo? Then how come it became a necessity? Many shampoos contain harmful chemicals that heavily irritate the scalp and deeply penetrate the skin and enter the bloodstream, cause damage to the organs in the body.

    According to ayurveda, one should not eat cooked and uncooked food together as both of them take different time to digest, Combining cooked and uncooked food will only increase digestion issue

    Is eating raw vegetables safe ? Especially in monsoon ? I have personally seen nowadays veggies comes with full of worms.

      During monsoon you can blanche the vegetables after washing it under running water

    How many person does the classic ayunature salad you made in the video serve? If it serves two people, should it be okay to half the ingredients in order to make it for one person?
    So half cucumber, one carrot, half capsicum, two tomatoes, one piece of coconut and half tlbs black sesame seeds.

    I appreciate your movement and the way you peacefully convey your message to your audience. I would like to suggest something, we should not eat raw vegetables or any fruits after 5:00 pm as it's not good for the body naturally. We should have cook food for dinner. There are three body types, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. We should always understand our body type. Raw vegetables are not so good for Vata and Kapha's body nature. It can imbalance the body's type and cause diseases. We should never eat raw and cooked food together as well because both need a different time and acid to digest.
