If you do not like to eat raw onion and capsicum, just sauté them in the left over oil from paneer shallow fry and then add to the salad..

Approx 220 - 240 calories including the curd/ yogurt dressing
If I not have olive oil what can I do?
Extra virgin or even extra light olive oil is best for salad dressing, but you can try using cold pressed sunflower, almond or canola oil also
