    Your skin care is my newest obsession!! I have great skin and get a lot of compliments for not looking 42. Now, for the first time in my life, Im doing so much more than just washing my face and following up with Oil of Olay moisturizer.
    Over the past month I have put together nice and easy morning and evening routines that I love - all based on your videos!
    Thanks for making everything so easy to understand and being so relatable!
    PS - Waiting on my very first Curology order to arrive. Never tried a retinol, but Im super excited to give it a try! Thanks again!! I look forward to more content!!

    I do love CeraVe, but lately have been using more Eucerin products, too. They’re pretty basic but effective skin care (like CeraVe) but as we transition to colder days and indoor heating, I think some of their formulas are working as well as, maybe better than, CeraVe. I’m really enjoying their Intensive Repair lotion which I use right after bathing, and after hand washing. It feels a little tacky but that dissipates pretty fast.
    Very informative video, thank you!

    • @annenewcomer6626
      @annenewcomer6626 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I really like that Eucerin product but I find it a little tacky also. I am really loving Amlactin Daily moisturizer. A little more enjoyable to use, find it works great. The downside is its a little more expensive.

    • @lizbetpcb3759
      @lizbetpcb3759 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Hi Abbey as someone with severely dry, rosacea and eczema prone skin I want to encourage those with dry/irritated skin to try only one cereve product at a time. For me the moisturisers sting my face/neck, but I can use them on my body without issue. The hydrating cleanser works well without stinging for me fyi. This should hopefully avoid an expensive mistake if buying multiple products. I live in the UK and was so excited when cereve started being sold here, that I bought 3 or 4 products to try. We can't return opened products and I was really disappointed to have to use the majority of what I bought up on the body. I did patch test everything on both my wrist and behind my ear without issue, but applying the moisturisers to my face caused stinging and had to be washed off. I only used one product at a time in my normal routine, as I do with anything new. I have purchased the cleanser a couple of times and like it, but I've never bought any of the creams again. The UK range is far reduced compared to the US range (plus it's more expensive), so I haven't tried some of the products mentioned. I also want to acknowledge that my experience isn't what the majority of people experience with the range (there are a few of us when you look at comments on cereve videos though, so I'm not alone either). Best wishes.

    Hi Abbey!! I had two quick questions for you, if you don’t mind. ☺️
    1. Which do you prefer for a b5 serum - Timeless vitamin B5 serum or the Ordinary HA + B5 serum?
    2. Which sunscreen would you prefer - the Cerave hydrating tinted sunscreen or Supergoop tinted?
    Ps- for reference I have dehydrated/dry sensitive skin that is ALWAYS in need of hydrating.
    Thank you so much!!

  • @Snuzzled

    Getting the cerave ointment out of the tube is impossible because it is so thick. Get the tub, it'll last you forever. I use it on my lips daily, and my cheeks and forehead in the winter, and I have barely made a dent in the tub I bought two years ago. It's amazing though.

    Night: Skin Renewing Night Cream+Healing Ointment
    Day: Moisturiser+Healing ointment (Please tell me if sunscreen should be applied before or after the healing ointment)

    • @Snuzzled
      @Snuzzled 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Unless your skin is literally flaking off your face, the moisturizer cream in the tub should be enough even for very dry skin. I really only use the healing ointment on my driest patches at night in the winter and once a day is enough for most people. Seriously, the cream is very moisturizing, try that on its own until you do the ointment twice a day. Use a gentle oil cleanser once a day or even every other day with tepid water to avoid overstripping very dry skin
