  • Differences between Moisturizing Lotion and Cream:
    Texture and Consistency:
    Lotion: Light and fluid, ideal for normal to dry skin.
    Cream: Thick and rich, best for dry to very dry skin.
    Moisturizing Power:
    Lotion: Provides adequate hydration for daily use on face and body.
    Cream: Delivers extended hydration for face and body, but primarily used on extremely dry areas like elbows, knees, and feet.
    Usage:
    Lotion: Commonly used as a daytime moisturizer beneath sunscreen or makeup.
    Cream: Often chosen as a night cream or for extra hydration during colder months.
    Choose based on your skin's needs.

      Hmmm, I'm not sure. But I've seen this on Amazon, mainly from private sellers. I think it's greedy business owners. 🤔

    I would like to know which is the best for applying the cream to the face only.

    • @MelissaVanDijkOfficial
      @MelissaVanDijkOfficial  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      What do you mean by that? The lotion is lighter, so if you have dry to normal skin, use that one. :)

    Is it recommend for combo skin if i use it at night only? Like i want to use the lotion in the morning since it is lightweight and the cream at night since it is more nourishing and thick.
    Ive seen people say it causes acne so im a bit scared but is it worth trying or no? I saw it has petroleum in it which is bad so im unsure but its quite a big bottle of it which would last long and help financially.
    There are barely any other big creams that dont contain fragrance and oil, the only thing is the petroleum

    • @MelissaVanDijkOfficial
      @MelissaVanDijkOfficial  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Only use this cream or lotion if you have dry skin; otherwise, it may cause issues. This is because your skin naturally balances itself and there's no need for any kind of artificial moisturizer.

    • @moonkittyyt2214
      @moonkittyyt2214 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Well yh but my skin becomes drier at night but then becomes oily if I wear moisturizer so I was thinking this one since it doesn't have oils

    • @MelissaVanDijkOfficial
      @MelissaVanDijkOfficial  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@moonkittyyt2214 That's just normal skin behavior. A bit of dryness is normal; don't worry about it.
