Doc, please, demonstrate how you breath in and out when you do exercises. Also i noticed it's easy to figure out how to do exercises when you show them how you do them from the back. It looks clear because it's easy to repeat after you. Btw, you're amazing!
My 16 year old just got diagnosed with Dextroscoliosis (Mild levocurvature centered at the thoracolumbar junction with Cobb angle of 17 degrees. Mild dextrocurvature centered at T7 with Cobb angle of 20 degrees.) Im in the states and they usually just watch and see because surgeons don't make money unless they are operating. Im going to start him on stretches and push the dr. to see if I can get a brace.
Good idea. Also we have a course designed to help teens manage their scoliosis. go to edpaget.com to find out more and join our FB group, link in description

HI doc, recently i fell down and had some injuries ON MY BACK IDE OF BODY. The CT scan shows my spine is slightly curved to rightside from top to bottom. Plesde guide me how it Can be back to Normal position.
I have dextroscoliosis and when trying to do these standing exercises, I start to feel a dull ache in my knees that I normally don’t feel. Any clue how this could be possible?
Potentially your spine is tight and it is pushing movement down into your knees. In order to stop that from happening, don’t move as far but try and be more precise with the movements that are going into your spine.
Thanks for the reply and videos! I will try being more gentle with the exercises. I truly was "in this to win this" when trying out these exercises...LOL. A few years back, I underwent so many chiropractic sessions without really understanding what was wrong with me. I finally got my x-rays on a CD this year and took a good look and finally understood that my spine has shifted and, then, I searched and found your videos. : ) @@EdPaget
I'm dealing with thoracic dextroscoliosis that's 19 degrees in between my shoulder blades. The muscles on the convex side have been so tight to the point that I can't even feel them when trying to exercise. I have less sensation in my traps rhomboids and erector etc and right arm atrophy, left leg atrophy and neck muscle atrophy on the left. Can this be fixed? Can I restore that normal sensation? Everything I'm doing has done nothing. I'd like to also note that I've been active in the gym for most of my life and hadn't had any issues or pain until 2 years ago when I started having problems

What about a "S" curve? These exercises would make the bottom curve worse. Any suggestions?

It can be due to a leg length difference. It it needs to be significant to cause a scoliosis. Like over 3cm.
