Could you show up the picture of this problem and related exercise,just because i want to exectly know about which side of that. When You say left or right side of this problem,if it is possible show the picture of those side. I dont know english good and i want to be sure that i understand it correctly.
It's difficult to make a specific scoliosis program as each person has a different type of curve and different regions of the spine can be involved. A specific program really requires an evaluation with a physical therapist.

Thanks for video! My 9 yr old was recently diagnosed with mild scoliosis. Does these exercises help to reduce the spine curve or make it straighten? Please reply!
Exercises will help reduce pain and improve mobility, but they usually won’t change the curve. Changing the shape of the curve usually requires a spinal brace or surgery in more severe cases.
I would definitely love the book. I have had five surgeries and metal all the way down to our pelvis. Do you think it would help me thank you. Be blessed.

Usually, we want to stretch the concave side and strengthen the convex side. Combining these two will help pull the spine back toward a neutral alignment.

They probably won’t permanently change your curve, but they can help improve mobility and reduce discomfort.

Exercices be done depend on the scoliosis image ..C or S left or right wich side to strength and wich side to stretch
Not recommanded with CCI/ AAI . Can you chose some exercices without neck movement..thanks

Hi, I have a question, will this better my scoliosis if I'm 17? I'm not sure if it will permanently change my curve, but it'd be nice.
Half of us have more severe, please show more exercise for us severe as as well. Pain is not fun
