Great class! It included all of my favorite hip openers and love that Caley always incorporates something out of the ordinary in her classes. This was my first time doing active single pigeon and I will definitely being incorporating it into future flows. Keep these coming!
My favorite part of the class was the active yoga stretch, as a male runner with extremely tight hip flexors I have a very hard time with half pigeon so this was a good way to work into it. I would recommend this class.
I have been trying out different variations on hip stretch, I am so glad I try your class. Every pose touch the tight spots on my body. Thank you. I will be doing this every day until I can open my hip wide.

Caley, I love this video!!!! My left shin muscle and right IT band was hurting so much while I was running (I run long distance) and I thought it was poor footwear even though the shoes were new. After I did your video (twice in one day because it was so awesome) my leg troubles were gone the next day for my run!!! I told all my friends about this video and sent them the link to it and they said it has made a huge difference in their hip/leg pains too!!! THIS VIDEO AND YOU ARE AWESOME! Plus I love the way you instruct, so easy to follow and know exactly how things should be done and feel from your description!
Wow! I’ve been practicing yoga for years and the combination of poses and sequencing to open the hips was amazing! That was very creative and felt amazing. I’m definitely a subscriber!
Though not injured, my left hip was feeling funny somehow. While it didn't hurt IRL, it did as soon as I got on my mat to stretch it. This class was SUCH A RELIEF! I even feel stronger when I stand, as if my leg was supporting me better now. Had to come back to tell you!

We have a very similar body type and I also have had past physical trauma I'm trying to work thru and I really appreciate all the different options/variations you give when the more intense poses become too much to handle. Also I find it very helpful how you're always careful to show how to safely transition thru poses, and you narrate how to move the body easily, in a way that I understand more so than most?? You're great! This video is great. Alo Yoga is great. Try this!
