I have been following this routine for a week. It has worked wonders for me. For starters I feel energized all day. No more morning grogginess and Need for bed tea. I can get a head start on my day. I am noticing visible improvement in my upper body strength. The upward dog is really a powerful pose. Looking forward to do take up your 30 minute routine after I become good at this one.

I'm super duper new to this world and your instructions were great, I am both not familiar with the terminology, and I have glasses so I can't always properly look at the screen when doing these exercises.
