Judith teaches the main practices of the Realization Process, a direct, embodied method of personal and relational healing and nondual awakening. She discusses the application of these practices to healing from trauma. In the Realization Process we attune to the ground of our own nature as an expanse of undivided, fundamental consciousness pervading our body and environment as a unity. Knowing ourselves as fundamental consciousness facilitates resilience to emotional and sensory stimuli, the integration of cognition, emotion and physical sensation, and the capacity for deep connection with other people without losing inward contact with oneself.
Judith describes how we constrict and fragment ourselves in reaction to trauma, especially as children, and also how we mirror the trauma-based constrictions of our parents, so that psychological pain and limitation is passed down through the generations. She demonstrates the Realization Process method for recognizing and releasing the emotional wounds, defenses and compensatory patterns held in the body that conceal our authentic nature. She also shows how nondual realization enhances the therapeutic relationship, by cultivating empathy, subtle perception, and authenticity.
Judith presents some specific types of psychological issues that often cause suffering for spiritually oriented individuals. These include intolerable levels of sensitivity, a lack of grounding, a sense of isolation and alienation, a tendency to feel merged with or displaced by other people, and a desire for purity and perfection. She shows how the practices of the Realization Process can address these challenges and help spiritually gifted people live more comfortably in the world.
Science and Nonduality is a community inspired by timeless wisdom, informed by cutting-edge science, and grounded in direct experience. We come together in an open-hearted exploration while celebrating our humanity.

I have been working with Judith’s audiobook, “The Realization Process:A Step-by-Step Process of Spiritual Awakening” for several months. The guided meditations are very powerful and the experiences arising from working with them have been profound-including periods of time when discursive... thought... just... stops....... Can’t recommend her work highly enough.

I will check the book, but the presentation is... I commented on it above.
I don't see any original work here, just a bit of other people's thoughts mixed in a complete mess

I love the expression pervading fundamental consciousness. I've been using the term cosmic consciousness. We need an understanding of the spiritual realm that unifies all of us into one undifferentiated hole.

Interesting that she said that as a result of childhood trauma we can tend to "focus in an imbalanced way toward the environment" or out-ward and I don't doubt she is correct. For me, after 6 years in an orphanage and another 5 in a series of state homes only to end up back in the shark tank that was my family. I very early found myself turning the focus inward. Not knowingly of course but perhaps 'grace" or serendipity. I wasn't turning in towards separateness and isolation, that was what the external world offered, it was a kind of seeking sense, as if I sensed that the outer world offered no solution and that my only shelter or salvation would come from within(?). I was 12 when I had my first taste of what "could be". (I was 25 when I had my second and still I did not realize what was being offered). I had an "experience" that lasted maybe 2 or 3 minutes that was like a seed was planted. I have been seeking ever since. Anyway after many years of TM and Buddhism and now Dzogchen I find myself looking in her direction because the focus here has turned to embodiment. Ain't life a kick in the ass.... ;)

I get energy from your eyes and your voice, of course, from the method

This is great! But I suggest updating the transcript as people trying to access this video using the transcript will miss much of what is really said.

I'm really curious about why traditional methods are more difficult as she mentions at the beginning

Don't waste your time, read "when the body says no" of Gabor Maté and "the power of now" of Eckhart Tolle.
I have done extensive work on trauma over the last 11 years, from the general psychology books to Brene Brown, Gabor Maté and Eckhart Tolle.
This woman expresses herself in a very confusing way and is irritating to listen to, what a mess. Makes me wonder whether she might be just another manipulative narcissist (feels like it), just regurgitating a mix of confused words and concepts she clearly doesn't understand properly herself.

Some people think life isnt worth it . Would you just take their word for it ?
Doubt it, and that would be wise of you.
Everyone starts from a diffeence place. What speaks to some may not speak to others.
Theres plenty of room for teachings besides the ones that personally feed you. 💗
