In case helpful: thumbs up. I found this to have some new material I haven't heard before with some unique twists on the everyday, while respecting well established literature.

With respect, Primal Therapy followed by real, practical. hands-on, in-your-face learning anew all of love's languages, all of love's expressions, especially how to love and care for one's self, is effective ...... not only have most of us experienced great trauma but did so in the absence of the real thing - real hands-on, in-your-face love ..... including such things as everyday courtesy and good manners ...... men, after learning how to love and respect yourself, start by using all of the 'old fashioned' (but never out of date) courtesies to women - rising and giving them your chair, holding out their chairs, helping them into their coats, opening doors .... especially to your mom ........

      Thanks for that.
I do all those things, if allowed.
What do you think women should offer, in return?

Nick Hill. Hi Nick, Firstly, real women who receive all these courtesies will look their benefactor right in the eyes with gentle but sure confidence and gratitude, accompanied by a totally sincere smile, and at the same time will express that gratitude in words such as : ‘Thank you, Nick/my good fellow, you’re very kind, it’s much appreciated’.
Eye contact, along with some genuine appreciation and gratitude riding on a totally sincere smile is absolutely guaranteed to release morale- and immune boosting endorphins in the receiver, just as any act of kindness will do the same for the recipient. Win win !!!
