Interviewed by Zaya Benazzo at SAND19 US, Shakti Caterina Maggi explores what it means to be oneself from a non-dual perspective. She explains how the dissolving of the sense of separation allows the energy engaged in the false concept of ourselves to become available again to express our true individuality, allowing the transitions from the false “me”, to an authentic expression of "I". This transition is the journey of a lifetime, it requires honesty and courage, and it isn't a linear progression to an ideal of perfection but a dance of the Self, a spiral movement that is able to include more and more aspect of reality as we travel on our path.

Incredible teaching, I need to come back to it again and again to meditate on all those treasures! The way feminine energy conveys Truth is such a wonder!!! Usually I listen to many Masculine energies as Eckart Tolle, Mooji, all indian masters who are often men, but through women the "dryness" of what she calls "Transcendance" meets the mildness of the divine mother. Does anybody know who the first person is she mentioned @ 17:54. I can't find many persons talking about the awakening in the gut so thank you for the information, for me it's a very difficult proces and there is sadly not many information to find. If somebody have information or videos people talk about the awakening in the gut please let me know. Much love

I really have a hard time listening to people once they have mantioned Rajneesh - hiding behind a new name.
She is not Rajneesh follower. Got her name from her teacher. She is referring to Aurobindo, Osho and Adhya to mention how others had talked about awakening in the hara, that’s all
She’s just yabbing on, she’s a fake, just saying what sounds nice, she has no method. Beware of fake people like her. Her ego is soaking this attention up.

Agreed. She is far from awakened. Full of duality. New age delusion, including feminist utopian dreams. The no-method part I don't agree with so much. In fact I'd argue she's all method; she is all structure (beliefs, opinions, desire) and no content, therefore no transcendence. She's just talking in meaningless imagery, only to further obscure reality. It's misleading to those who are actually on the path. She even references Adyashanti, but Adya is actually enlightened, much more concise and not ambiguous. Speakers like her have no place on a channel like this and will only mislead listeners who are seeking truth.
