Nice I ended up polishing the same style turd you did. I ended up putting an engine from a 2004 Suzuki LTZ 400 quad. The buggy used to go 40 mi an hour tops downhill now it does 70 up hill..
09:06 put 5 times the recommended amount on the bottle of Fuel Stabiliser when you go for your last run before storage. Fuel up to top of tank with same ratio and park it. Won't ever empty bowls or get gummed up carbs again. We do this for the winters up here in Quebec, Canada. Never had a golf cart or sportbike give me trouble in the spring. Been doing this just over 20 years now, was an old timer that clued me in to this trick.
Glad to see someone thinking about protecting themselves from coolant. I’ve seen so many builds of different vehicles that looks deadly to the driver WHEN the coolant eventually pops. Good job.
I would consider making some fenders like the honda odyssey buggy has so you aren't covered in mud all the time and getting hit by whatever the front tires kick up. Awesome build!!! Just subscribed, can't wait to see it completed in all its glory!! Keep up the hard work!
Hell yeah bud I'm stoked to finally see that buggy hit the ground running! When I least expected it too lol. Nice build overall And that Banshee bike is nasty AF! Keep on building cool shit! 💪
Glad you could use the harnesses! I’ve been waiting for an update on this project. I think it is what I ultimately wanted frakenbuggy to be- so pumped to see how it turns out. Keep up the good work!
Do it! Awesome result for a build you weren't real hopeful of. Sometimes those cheap agricultural Chinese products are just the ticket! Some better enclosure for sure!
Bro you are living my dream!!!! Who needs to waste 30 + grand on a rzr when you could just do what you did!!! Very impressed and awesome to see how far you have come
Should have bolted in the center part of firewall so you can work on primary clutch without removing the engine. Those twins come to life w a good clutch setup.
@@EbonyPope he wouldnt be welding aluminum to steel. Hed weld steel tabs to the steel, drill holes in the aluminum and bolt the aluminum to the tabs. I believe thats sheet metal anyway. Aluminum isnt cheap but would be much better at blocking out the heat from the engine
Thanks for showing me this build. I have the same engine and like buggy that I want to build the same way. Didn’t know if it was possible. Thanks again for the video. Very stoked to build mine.
This things sweet! I found one of these for $1,000 but haven’t bought it yet. Going to try and talk them down to $500. You should gusset or weld the back of your harness mounts. And your pull cord needs another loop in it to fully retract the cord.
As the video starts..... I thought for sure you would be closing in the front, maybe adding fenders to stop (limit) flying dirt, water, mud.... looks like a fun ride.
Def want to see this keep going, got a tomberlin 150 frame and a Honda Silvering engine. I want to build something like this, wish I had the skills this man does!
The easiest way to reverse is a PCM off a newer Polaris sled. Around 04 they started building all 2 stroke sleds with electronic reverse. Meaning you start the sled, hit a button, the engine shuts down and restarts running backwards. Instant reverse. 2 strokes run as good backwards as forward.
That thing is bad ass and when you get the 4+4 all hooked up that thing's going to fly in the 4+4 launches are going to be serious you're going to love it
Hey man cool idea put an extra long pull string on it and have it run up to the center of the roof that way all you have to do it strap in reach up grab the pull start pull down and it'll fire use pulleys makes it easier
Snorkel, reverse, and Fenders will be nice. The bike sounded good too.Now about the 85cc...I'm running,uh close on my Motorized bike.Shhhh.That's what you were doing when I found your channel. Now 500 c isn't enough..lol...Keep on building Vasily !
You mentioned clutch work that running gear has adjustable clutch on the secondary pulley in the center is a metal disk with 3 bolts in it you loosen the bolts but don't take them all the way out and you turn that disk if I remember right there's 5 settings you'll see the numbers on the disk hope this helps
That’s a nice buggy. Be pretty wicked when it’s 4wd. Just curious, couldn’t you re route the throttle cables to the front, to the steering wheel. I believe I saw it on an old Honda odyssey when I was a kid. Be easier to steer and control.
With the extra weight u mite not have to touch the clutching. The extra power mite cause it to over rev the clutch weights but the extra weight of the bike will pull it down
Sleds are dc and they do put out some electrical power that's how they run lights..should be able to somewhat charge a battery..might have to get the stator and mag from an electric start polaris xc700
That’s behind crown Chrysler in Cleveland used to call that place brewers and that steep hill you were looking at under the power line was climbed in a Jeep Cherokee and a 4 runner
Where was you riding at that looked like a good place to ride ! I live next to the Ocoee river area in Polk Co. I didnt realize you lived in Hamilton co. Till your last video that showed the tag on little car .
Man I’ve seen a few new Yamaha vmax1700 motors for sale on the forums. Those things are super reliable 200hp beasts. The power is amazing and feels every bit as fast as my R1 in a straight line. Freaking awesome motors.
Not sure what part of TN you're in but if you ever want to come ride Westpoint TN or rainbow falls, I'll buy you a guest pass to see some of your rigs on the trails.
Might want to relocate that fuel tank. Having it mounted so close to the exhaust with fuel spitting out the vent might give new meaning to "coming in hot!"
Bro it’s turning out mint ,I have a worry tho, when you 4x your going to need front mud guards ,or you getting pummeld with dirt rocks water ect ,sound sick ,love it,but then again there’s a lot of work gone into it ,you done a great job 😎
Those 700 liberties are bad ass. My kids got an original in her sled that has 10k miles all original and 150 psi both sides still looks new. They go forever. The 800’s don’t. Have a few of them too.
Get a frogskin outterwear on the filters or aleast a deflector. Those type of filter only start actually filtering small particals when they get semi clogged
Master cylinder in the wheel travel area on an off-road vehicle w plastic reservoir might need some protection bud...but a solid build as usual ...keep kicking ass
Damn now you need some kind of windshield and if it were me I'd weld panels along the frame on the sides kinda like you did the firewall to keep some of that mud and water splashing up into the kart.
Positive Thoughts..... I very much prefer your content over Westen Champlin for example. I wish you had as many subs as those big channels that are pure --mindless entertainment--. Keep up the good work man!~And don't rush your videos, You builds are very modified vs others!
add fenders more panels underneath don't want the tires kicking a rock towards your face. a gas pedal so u can have more control on the wheel and a snorkel for the water and that thing could dominate anything you throw at it. keep it up
Tbh putting some holes in the top part of the firewall might not be a terrible idea. Would still keep you protected from anything major and would probably help keep that exhaust from cooking your back with some air going over them. That metal is going to get real toasty
I upgraded this buggy even more: th-cam.com/video/Zhwnatm6aTQ/w-d-xo.html
The Jeep is a Cherokee XJ for the record.
bout to sue erry body
Is he welding aluminium to steel??? Can you even do that?

Good to see a sponsor. You work your ass off for this content and you deserve to be compensated for your hard work.

No you absolutely can't. But you can get good strength from aluminum bronze. You can braze it, be tig or torch and hold pretty good.
Note to self: add gas peddle, fenders, more panels for cockpit, snorkle for air fltr. Finish 4WD & paint. Ready for Summer Rippin!! 😎👍
And reverse gear 😂
Pedal
@@funkytransport He's going to add peddles for when he runs out of gas. Personally, I prefer the Fred Flinstone approach. lol
That things a Beast!! I cant imagine in 4 wheel drive, that thing will crush the dunes!!!

sounds good. I try to run the bowls dry before i park it. But I always forget
@15:45 with that power level understand suspension is of great importance. It can save you from getting hurt. Rock on young fella
Fuel is coming the gas cap. Another good video by my master craftsman Vaslie.Vasile. 10:24
Glad to see someone thinking about protecting themselves from coolant. I’ve seen so many builds of different vehicles that looks deadly to the driver WHEN the coolant eventually pops. Good job.
Agreed, especially the buggys / karts with the radiator set at an angle above the engine, right behind the drivers/ passengers head.
I would consider making some fenders like the honda odyssey buggy has so you aren't covered in mud all the time and getting hit by whatever the front tires kick up. Awesome build!!! Just subscribed, can't wait to see it completed in all its glory!! Keep up the hard work!

I absolutely LOVE this little buggy! Nice work, brother
And now I know for sure that a 2 seater can be upgraded this much. Thank you. Just started looking at some in the past week.
So cool to see your metal fab work, it's very impressive
Glad you could use the harnesses! I’ve been waiting for an update on this project. I think it is what I ultimately wanted frakenbuggy to be- so pumped to see how it turns out. Keep up the good work!
👍👍👍
One sick little buggy!!! Going to be insane with that all wheel!!!
Glad to see the buggy return!
You and Chris got my building a crossfire with a 670 and Polaris hlnr transmission same stage you are. Need to go back and finalize some odds and ends
@14:27 700 2 stroke converted to 4 stroke is 700 X 1.75 = 1225cc
The build looks epic! Keep doing what you do 👍‼️
Build a couple of snorkels and put a filter box on the roof to keep it from trying to suck in water
Do it! Awesome result for a build you weren't real hopeful of. Sometimes those cheap agricultural Chinese products are just the ticket! Some better enclosure for sure!
...You're a beast with it! ...😊👍👊
Wicked cool buggy!!
Congratulations! You've officially created the 'Hulk' of off-road vehicles. Just make sure it doesn't start smashing through traffic lights!

It's nice to see you're not crashing into neighbors' houses and breaking bones anymore with Chinese buggies. Let's keep this pattern going, lol.
Get a Polaris snowmobile voltage regulator and a rectifier and you can turn the AC output to 12V DC...
