No bro for God's sake please find a way to get the gas pedal where it should be. I believe I speak for everyone but if not then it's coming from me, I don't want to get on TH-cam and find out that one of my favorite DIY youtubers had a fatal accident. I already went through it when TKOR passed. Not you. Get it fixed.
You make fabrication look like a mainstream sport. This channel. DOPE. The builds. DOPE. Your talk throughs. DOPE. Good luck and support and love from here!
389K Vasily? That's Awesome ! You've come a Long way from 37K. It's the Short vids with barely builds that's cutting you back. You used to show so much and talk about what you were doing, and planning. Now it's these shorter 'what I did',and here's 'it' that may slow growth.Stick with YOU and Your's,and we'll be here, and you'll draw more too.
Man this got me so stoked to finish my hayabusa swapped X3!!! Gosh that thing is so SICK DUDE!!! Also the gas/brake being flip flopped, just tell people that's an anti-theft design to make the buggy more secure! haha SO JEALOUS MAN! I just need to finish mine! Hoping I'll be doing a similar first drive before Christmas!
Years ago I ran a 2003 Honda 400ex up to fifth gear wide open on the jack stands and the pistons married the valves lol lesson learned..then I had it re-sleeved bored to fit 426cc J.E. piston. Installed a titanium valve train, stage 2 hot cam, ported head, FCR carb, sparks full exhaust, & the list goes on.. man that EX ripped for what it was!! Cool Buggy Bro.!! SXS payments & porky manufacturing have nothing on building your own custom rig!! Very nice. ✝️
I always notice the little things, DID YOU PUT THE THROTTLE PEDAL ON THE LEFT FOOT ?!! It looks like that anyway, i could be wrong . The build is incredible!
Someone soon will recognize Vasily's awesome skill set, a large company like Polaris, or such. They'll be calling him on the phone; Hey Vas, when can you come to work for us? !!!!!! We'll start you out at $100K. I'm serious, he's that good and companies are BEGGING for talented individuals such as Vasily.
Remember to try and keep that motor high in the rpms, especially with the extra weight. sounds like you are avoiding revving it out all the way where its making the majority of its power. Awesome lookin machine great work.
Dude it’s a busa engine it makes plenty of power for that little machine through the entire rev range but as the machine gets heavier you can’t wrap them up as high as normal. Busa a fairly heavy machine to start with prob not muCh less then this really.
The front windscreen off that bike or something similar would make a cool custom cowl you could tuck the cluster on top of the dash above the wheel....like a bass boat kinda has?? Idk just thought! Sik build, 1st vid, liked, subd
@@longsleevethong1457 super high cage, wheel base longer than the machine, sharp cyber style edges in my opinion it looks like what a RZR wants to be but never will be
Such a sick build...thx for the awesome content you put out. One suggestion, definitely put a panel in front of your feet. If a stick comes up, you will get skewered. Seriously, I've seen it happen on four wheelers and you don't want to not have anything to protect yourself from that happening. Can't wait to see your next ride in it. 👍👍
500k subs, and you move into a small shop of your own! That thing is mean looking! It's basically a dwarf rally raid buggy! So give it light-weight body panels througout, fenders, and big mud flaps! Then a bunch of rally lighting, including fogs. Hella, PIAA, etc. Also, get yourself an Amsoil, and a Steel-It sponsorship. 😉
Any slack in the chain could double or triple the force put on it depending on how much slack. Put a heavy spring loaded idler gear and running that size chain might work just fine forever.
I dont think the chain is skipping, I think its just slapping. Throw an idler sprocket on there to keep it tight and I bet that noise goes away. Sounds just like a chain slapping a swingarm on a bike when she's a little loose :)
You know, it might seem backwards but, I myself would like to see a revisit of the 88cc mountain bike. I’m curious what top speed you would be able to achieve using everything you’ve learned since then.
Try double chain.... double 90 is about unbreakable....and huge lol.... definitely can get double 60 n that would be perfect i bet.... awesome build brother ❤️🇺🇲
You're killing it on this project!. Side note: It sounds like the engine isn't running on all cylinders? Could be me hearing it wrong. Regardless, such a cool build!
i really like your builds you have skill and i wish that you invest more time in filming editing more in detail to get that viewers connection that would improve your channel ower all👍 it looks like pedals needs to be redone also your siting position i think as a truck should be more vertical and raised that would help with leg room cuz they also lack of space knees are way to bend and near to steering wheel and pasangers to pannel.
You need to get much larger rear sprocket. You’re going to go through clutch fast and you have gears and rpm for 200 mph normally which you don’t need. You need like double the teeth of original sprocket like you’d see on a stunt bike
That thing is dope....but come on man, fix those pedal placements so you can actually drive 😅 You'll want a fan on that radiator for when it gets warmer out, you'll either need driver and passenger wrist restraints or window nets for the sides in case you end up rolling it so you don't lose an arm, get some sliders built, and think about a front lower quarter window of lexan, just enough to flick the air and potential person in front of you's roost from coming directly into your face, but still keeping the cabin open..... also, I didn't see if you had them, but definitely get some 5 point harnesses in there if you don't already. Oh ... I know you have the skill set to easily fix the pedal arrangement, but if something is holding it back or you're just too lazy to move it all, you can always go with how the old (awesome) Honda Odyssey's and Pilot's had them, and they had butterfly steering wheels with levers for gas and brake, but you could go with gas and clutch and use a foot brake or even use a thumb throttle on the one side along with a lever for the brake and lever on the left for clutch...but personally, I always change out thumb throttles for wrist as my thumb ends up cramping 😅🤣😖 I really wish I had your skills, and honestly, your gumption and determination lol.... I'd love to build one of these, I've seen quite a few of these Cross Karts powered by a bunch of different engines, and if only I had the skill, I'd have one powered by a turbo CBRXX1100 engine and AWD 😅 Edit: and mount those shock reservoirs! 🤣 Edit again: run double strand chain instead of a single motorcycle chain, they even sell front sprocket conversions to run twin 530's if need be.... and then make sure they're lubricated, cleaned after every ride or so, and _tensioned_ properly
You need to redo pedals, especially if you want to let someone else drive it. Even for someone who owns it backwards to what’s normal is counter intuitive and we don’t want to see another house collision
Water cooled is the only way bro . 26 years in the busines . Makes life easy. Plus throw the petal away get finger control . The petal holds people back . Once you know your amps its easy and finger controles free up the type of fabing your doing all the time. Your builds just keep getting better and better dont stop learning brother your future is not set yet keep pushing the envelope . Your already thinking out of the box and many other tubers are stuck in 1st gear .
The air box is made from polypropylene, that stuff is very hard to glue anything to, keep an eye on your sir box, it could fall apart at some point. Also out of curiosity, what epoxy did you use for that?

I think I may get one to help with my projects.

You should redo the gas pedal back to the right. You'll forget this reversed layout if there's an emergency situation. Stay safe.

Making stuff should become mainstream!!
also, as a youtuber myself, i see all the work that sbeen done off the camera constantly. teen minutes of video, 40 hours of work. Keep at it man!

Be well, brother. TH-cam is hard. Don't get caught in the grind.

I liked the air box hack and the rear view of the chain snaking down the road🤣
LOOKS LIKE POLARIS IS WATCHING YOU GREAT JOB AWESOME CHANNEL :)

Man I mess with it, it looks totally unique and different from all the other buggy's I've seen, really awesome work and craftsmanship
Appreciate it
Iol…it looks exactly the same. Same chain driven build they all do. Same street bike non torque making engine.
@@longsleevethong1457 super high cage, wheel base longer than the machine, sharp cyber style edges in my opinion it looks like what a RZR wants to be but never will be

Been waiting the longest for this video
That thing is what FrankenBuggy was supposed to end up being! I dig it!!!!!!!
HA HA HA !!! 8:47, that smile says it all !!!!!!!
You should gusset your cage in the front window bay and you right and left side from your piller bars to the horizontal roof tubes
Way better video than last time my friend I love how your explaining things now!
This boy is growing into a man. Been here for a few years.
5:10 the shifter linkage nut came off while revving the buggy, hope this reaches you
Yesss! Man you’re gonna have some fun this winter when we get some more snow. It gets cold here in Tennessee tho.
Bro you need to fix that gas brake situation. It’s going to mess you up one day 10:08
Bro u need to do something with ur hair 😂😂. Keep up the hard work and dedication towards the channel and much love to ya from Maryland ❤❤❤.
500k subs, and you move into a small shop of your own!

Hope you caught the shifter nut and rear a arm nut backing off due to vibration. May want to use rubber motor mounts
Dude’s projects has grown with him amazing to see
I dont think the chain is skipping, I think its just slapping. Throw an idler sprocket on there to keep it tight and I bet that noise goes away. Sounds just like a chain slapping a swingarm on a bike when she's a little loose :)
If it was longer,It would be a hill killer! Sounds awesome sweet build so far.
Double sprocket brother can't go wrong
You need a busa drag bike chain for that bud. Great build congrats!!
You are a master fabricator my man well done that buggy is siiccckk
Need a double row chain minimum! Harley style drive belt would be even better, imo. Looks awesome!
Your attention to little details is truly amazing! Been loving this build series
The roof looks like a parachute. Wrong angle. Could be wrong.
Awesome machine man. Great work.
Congratulations. Just finish it off perfectly don't left all the loose ends for the future
You know, it might seem backwards but, I myself would like to see a revisit of the 88cc mountain bike. I’m curious what top speed you would be able to achieve using everything you’ve learned since then.
I did the same electric steering set up on my buggy. You should definitely get the dial to build a control the sensitivity.
Besides the small issues this thing is dope AF
That sir is bloody amazing. Loving it.
Man you are really smart I love all your projects. This one is my favorite fr
Yo bro I remember when u first got the idea to make this… keep doin ur thing
this thing is perfection man
Maybe a hand throttle might be the move? Would be would be neat to do a wireless setup with a servo motor.
Brother you are creeping up on 400 thousand i hope you make it by the first.. awesome buggy thanks for the video and god bless
Try double chain.... double 90 is about unbreakable....and huge lol.... definitely can get double 60 n that would be perfect i bet.... awesome build brother ❤️🇺🇲
Once again!!!! Awesome build man , i watch your videos and grind hard plumbing for inspiration and motivation lol, but Awesome machine!
That thing is badass brother. Keep up the great content and dedication towards the channel and much love to ya from Maryland ❤❤❤
Keep up the grind bro , love the hard work and dedication 💪🏻😎🔥
Man, your builds are inspiring me to build one to
I love your build, but wy would you mix up those peddels?
Looks like so much fun
This thing is a riot! Well done young man. Jesus saves indeed. Amen.
You get those weak spots sorted, Paris - Dakar baby
You're killing it on this project!. Side note: It sounds like the engine isn't running on all cylinders? Could be me hearing it wrong. Regardless, such a cool build!
It's possible the compression just isn't consistent along the cylinders. but no way I was not going past 50% throttle
Damn boiiii! You always nail it. Great build once again.
Put some conventional Castrol GTX oil in it guarantee you will feel power increase. I know this from experience.
Absolutely awesome my man
Dude! This thing is incredible! Im so jealous! haha good job!
congratz on the new welder man! haha damn wish i could get a sponsor like that for my channel :D
bro you should give it real def with shaft
He'll yeah htp. Good on u for sussing this young genius 🎉 ow and dope machines too
i want to build a chinese buggy into an off-road demon like you did, can’t wait to start!
That thing is sick you should race the baja 500 in Mexico with that beast ! 😊
i really like your builds you have skill and i wish that you invest more time in filming editing more in detail to get that viewers connection that would improve your channel ower all👍 it looks like pedals needs to be redone also your siting position i think as a truck should be more vertical and raised that would help with leg room cuz they also lack of space knees are way to bend and near to steering wheel and pasangers to pannel.
Awesome video! Love your stuff man!
Gotta take this to cormorant and film a video with the cboys again in the snow
Such a badass machine
Always like your builds keep it up!
Are you gonna finish welding the frame? Seen some tubes half welded
I noticed you keep saying "let's go" but where are we going..........🤷♂....😁
I've always hated when people say let's go
Nice work .how much did you spend on that build ? Will you make then and sell them ?
You need to get much larger rear sprocket. You’re going to go through clutch fast and you have gears and rpm for 200 mph normally which you don’t need. You need like double the teeth of original sprocket like you’d see on a stunt bike

I wonder if you'd ever do a road / track focused build.
Foot brake only
Hand throttle set up and ditch left pedal imo
Again a nice build! I see that the f150 that you gave to your sister is in the garage, does she want a engine swap?
Tell them I need one as well. Thanks
how about meeting with chris from ratherBwelding?
Excellent job 👏
this is so cool!
Does the electric power steering hit the battery with a huge amp draw?
Just put your accelerator on to the right of the brakes like it should be.. Your foot is already riding over there anyway. (11:35)
It would be cool to see 4x4 in that thing
If u need more than couple hundred amps its for aluminum, which you will notbdo much with aircooled torch
keep up the great craftmens ship
Awesome video😊
You need to redo pedals, especially if you want to let someone else drive it.
Even for someone who owns it backwards to what’s normal is counter intuitive and we don’t want to see another house collision
Legend
Ripping ittt!!🤘
Oh and u need to finish all the welding on that thing brother. Just go over the whole rig

Jb plastic weld
I see a lot of tubes not fully welded, are you gonna go back through and weld it all ? Bad ass rig for sure
Yes. I would just need to get it sandblasted
Is that reverse gear box a locked or limited slip ? I’m needing a limited slip that will hold 130hp
Unfortunately locked
@ thank you. I built a vf2 with a zx750 ninja I want reverse. But it’s street legal. So I need limited slip really bad
The zx750 is turbocharged
I would love to have you as a neighbor…everything you make is awesome
Definitely should move the brake to the left side.
Need to lower the roofline some to make it look better
