That sounds so nice. I've been a fabricator for 19 years. This is the kind of stuff that got me started. I wish I had solidworks. I'm impressed with your fixturing and planning. All around nice job.
The fact that viewer gets into details before the Buggy gets life, by sharing the 3d models & renders etc, makes the videos one of A Kind. Congrats on such amazing accomplishment. #💯
Hell of a job! That is going to hold up way better than a store bought SxS. Just recently got into metal fab and have been wanting to learn CAD. This is the ultimate goal.
WOW you really floored me with that frame jig you laser cut. I cant wait to see what you do in the future. Keep it up and I hope you go to a good engineering school.
This looks awesome. I love all the detail and fabrication you have went through to build this amazing machine. I am in the process of building a similar project of my own. I was actually woundering if you have ever thought about selling them gear box your self if so I would be interested in purchasing one
Hi there you build great good fab skills you build like I do this is a very nice and real cool build I like it but I liked the A-arms on all four corners wish I had friends like you we could build a lot more cool stuff great build.
Only thing I’d change on it are the tires, probably should put something a bit more aggressive on it, most of the terrain I’ve driven on here in the States requires some pretty aggressive tires to make it through
@@gjpowersports5777 Could you think about join your project to this one? th-cam.com/video/nnAE0hqgH6Y/w-d-xo.html It could be the first buggy with long range autonomy.
@6:10 Are you in your living room?😄 Very impressive build. I like how you implemented 3D and goggles. It looks like you crouched to get in to the model. Did you ever consider a rear engine?
I would like to see if you could use that transmission design and build and aluminum case. As you've mentioned the current design weighs 100lbs. Using 1/2" aluminum instead, milling, then tig welding it. You'll easily shave 25lbs. Also, I'd consider upgrading the steering unit to hydraulic or electric assist.
ha ha ha ha 4 years did you check grind hard and co or rather b welding ? or any other similar channel these guys build similar stuffs in months, sometimes weeks
Unfortunately I don't have a sponsor or time to work on this full time. So this was completely earned by me. That's why it takes a lot of time. Many things are also based on grind hard and co or rather b welding
Скажите, как можно ЭТО строить 4 года? Ну как? Дрифт тачку младшей лиги сложнее построить в 10 раз , чем это. Бред какой то. Если не было денег - другое дело. Но если было и строили 4 года, то это дурь.
This is the first time I've seen someone else use Gravity Sketch to visualize their CAD and continue designing a chassis before building it. Nice!

Thank you very much. It's nice to get this kind of response.
fusion360 is free
Can't believe you built your own transfer case. Such a cool, detailed project. Keep it up!
Thank you

Thank you very much for the nice comment. I'm going to try to make a few more videos like this one.

Thank you very much. Send a photo if you ever get that far and make something yourself.

👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ sangat keren merakitnya dengan penuh kesabaran ' GOOD ' bisa buatkan video padasaat pembuatan transfer 4X4😊😊😊😊😊.....from Indonesia Kalimantan
hats off to your hardwork man. loved it. you are an inspiration
thank you very much
Niesamowite umietnosci tego konstruktora-inżyniera
Молодец . Грамотно сделано и аккуратно .
I would like some more in - depth videos on each section of the build. Cheers to making such a capable vehicle!
I have also been learning some dutch, so it might be a good way for me to practice if you had videos on dutch?
Ббээх это ддлл📱❤️❤️
I have a instagram acount with more in depth information.
Damm kerel, respect. Jou bedrijf komt er wel👍💪
bedankt!!
Stellar work, man. Great project!

Awesome job man. I'm looming at building my own as well. Looks another like the rock bouncers we have here in the USA. Just smaller
thanks for the nice response. It was also intended to look a bit like that.
You got a New subscriber, Great job.👍
Can you make a video about your gear box??? Please!!!!
Maybe one day.
About how much was the cost in materials for the gearbox? And i would also love to see a video about it.
Excelente profissional e projeto:nota 1000000000000.....Deus abençoe Itacaré xareu
Damn dude I'm good but I'm old I don't have a computer system and the knowledge that you have that's awesome
Thank you, time changed
A detailed video on how you made the reverse gearbox would be awesome!
You can see more on my instagram.

That is the best goddam thing I've ever seen!
Thank you
Двигатель ни слишком высоко? Не мешает ли это устойчивости?
That looks really good but from work ground clearance I think you should put portal axles
The vehicle is designed to perform well both off-road and on-road. portal axles make it unstable and high.
@@gjpowersports5777 true. I also didn’t build it so I don’t know what it needs.

Bel progetto, 👏👏. Troppo musica in sottofondo disturba.
Hot damn. Great work. 💪👍🇺🇸
thank you very much
Amazing Work!!! Did you thought about building an electric 4x4?Congratulations from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!
Yes, I am now designing an electric buggy.

great upload. thanks✊
Wow 💕
You make a crazy powerful machine
With your hands 👍
Thanks!

For this configuration it was the best choice to put the engine in the front.
Amazing video !!! And what a really nice build! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
What tube thickness did you use to make the chassi?
Thanks!
48,3 x 2,9 mm

hello
how you are doing ?.
i like the buggy and i want to know how much that cost ? .
1:35 what software are u using
Echt een super video & project man!
Hi there I would of mounted the motor way lower also you think you might build the gearbox and sell them.
There is little demand for them, but these are certainly for sale. www.gjpowerports.nl
que historia de origen tan brutal
Even better would've been to use Satchell Links at both ends. They package better and have better properties than traditional triangulated 4-links.
Beyond impressive!
In what program do you do 3d modeling ?
Amazing work!!! Beautifull , congratulations from Brazil, How much? 😅
hahaha thanks
looks like ya did a lot of homework how come you didn't do the independent suspension?
The 4 link suspension is much more reliable and flexible on uneven terrain.
How did you design in 3d using oculus? Thats pretty cool
You can transfer a specific CAD file to the free 3d software in oculus.
Any chance you sell the reverse gear boxes?
There is little demand for them, but these are certainly for sale. www.gjpowerports.nl
Now the same thing, only with independent suspension)
What is the name of the program to assemble these projects?
Very Nice !
Now all you need is a 100hp turbo
certainly true
How did you get the solidworks into VR?
Lots of rendering
Harusnya pakai mesin ATV biar lebih tangguh dan kuat.🇮🇩
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
You have project PDF or video bc i want to make one like you
Hi how are you?
What software do you use?
What cad software?
YOU SOLD THE REVERSE ???
No not yet.

Yes, I've been looking at that. Only unfortunately I don't have a sponsor to get that done financially. Hopefully in the future.
whats the program you used for the 3d render?
Gravity Sketch
Perfect boy
can u give project file for replicate
top job 😎
Hello, I am from Iraq. Can you ship this wheel to Iraq and how much does it cost together with the shipping price?
That is so cool
Just #Wow...
can you send me the plans
I can sell them if you want? (info@gjpowersports.nl)
wow advance method !
Nice English man!!

Please send me drawing with dimensions

Woulda done so much better in the mud with actual mud tires. You woulda destroyed that hill
