    Thanks for posting this! I’m a huge advocate for mental health and have found a huge amount of pleasure in sharing my struggles with others in my life, but I can’t imagine going online and broadcasting it for all to hear.
    You are strong, and it’s clear that it’s because of a lot of hard work. I appreciate you.

      Completely! We are all much more similar than we think, just most of us are good at hiding our insecurities that’s all

    Thank you, hope more people can hear this that needs to. Heading to 50 and still struggling to rid the negativity of my childhood. It a lifelong journey to wellness
