Under 15 Minute Yoga Mobility Flow

  • Add yoga into your week, in less than 15 minutes!
    Welcome to your free weekly yoga flow, today's yoga flow is actually less than 13 minutes and was just what I needed today after feeling stiff this weekend. This is a great calming mobility flow, and if you'd like a challenge/longer practice you can run through it 2-3x easily 🧘🏻‍♀️ I ended up adding on a few more of the downward facing dog to high lunge with twist each side, and it ended up quite the workout!
    We also start off with some excellent neck and shoulder mobility, which is great for if you tend to spend a lot of time hunched over a desk, a book... Or your phone 😂

    Things to remember:
    • This is your practice, only do what is comfortable for you and take whatever modifications you need 🥰
    • There's no pressure here 🤍 listen to your body
    • All you need is your yoga mat and yourself (and any blocks or straps you might use to assist if required)
    You can play the video faster or slower if you need, and if you like to practice with music, pop on your favourite tracks in the background! I don't include music because many people prefer to practice without, so this way you can choose your preference 🙏🏻
