Coolant! Rebuilding my Maserati Granturismo. Changing coolant, USB solution & OBDII Scanner - Part 9

In this video, I do a coolant change the easy way, find the solution to getting music from my phone to play on the infotainment stereo, look at OBDII Scanner and get her back on the road.
The sound in a couple of places is not great, so apologies for that, but I am not the BBC!

I changed my coolant last weekend, flushed it 5 times with demineralised water and filled it with Penrite red coolant.
I need to clear the service light, your videos are very helpful 👍

I see what you mean, I have got scratched from cut ones before. I still can’t believe i got this car either. My life has not exactly been lucky, in fact much of the time it has been struggle following struggle, nothing really bad, but nothing good either. So I am still in happy shock, but worrying and waiting for the yank back to normality.

Yes, my parking sensors are still hanging off from the accident. I might need new ones, I believe Skoda or Volvo ones can be used. Will be good to link them up again as I do find judging parking a bit stressful .

Yes, I nearly did that for real at one point, hence cutting video. I have a suspicion that when you hand over the antifreeze, later, they ‘accidentally’ tip it over near the drain….

@@SailingSVPipedream I noticed that mine has just a black cap in the glove box, where these usb and aux ports shoule be located. No luck for me I guess or could they be hidden somewhere else?

@@steliosmathioulakis6851 I think you need the loom which you could get off a wrecked car or one someone is breaking for parts. It may of could already be there tucked behind the glove box. Then I believe you would need or might need a proxi alignment to tell the infotainment it is there. However test first as it may work without one. A proxi alignment is £120 or so pounds from a specialist. If you search sportsmaserati.com or maseratilife.com there maybe better answers there.
