Greetings friend! I am a new Ford Excursion enthusiast and watching your video motivated me to buy the exhaust kit you recommended. I hope I am right. You just have to cut 6 inches off and you are all set. Any advice you can give? I know it's been a couple of years but these Ford Excursions seem to be built to last a lifetime.

Sounds great...did you have to do custom bending for the fuel tank?my 4inch barley clears

Thanks. It's pretty tight at the tank but it did fit...... No bending needed. Only thing i had to do cut the mid pipe length by about 6 inches, Everything else fit fine.

I can ony find 5" for the F-series.. not excursion. would love 5" stainless for excursion. anyone out there?

Yeah sounds really good now. I'd already installed a PHP Hydra chip in it before I put the exhaust on

Is that a 5 inch kit for a 7.3 super duty can’t find a 5 inch system for 01 7.3 excursion

Did you have any issues with the hangers being different since this kit is for a superduty?
