yeah, it's easy to forget about the alarm because no immediate threat happened, so you need to remember the car did A LOT of miles out of Atlanta with that noise and the zombies can be relentless it is also possible, though, that Merle went looking for the group that was already the closest to the camp and baited them himself, especially IF he saw his brother in the city while escaping on his own could be a combination of both: the group followed Glenn, but eventually stopped midways because they noise faded, and then Merle woke them up
This episode is a good example of how things are in the world of TWD. 1:05 I think it sounds like they are recording in a studio because they are on open water and on an aluminum boat. Your voice kinda echos off the aluminum hull of the boat.

Hello 👋 Another awesome video, 👍👍 Fun fact, it is Greg Nicotero (special effects and makeup master) that bites Amy, 👍 If you think about it, in reference to the Southern states, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, etc, have things such as Gators and Pythons that will help in clearing some of the Walkers, Northern states have Bear, Big cats, etc, 😏👍 The Walkers were more than likely drawn towards the camp because of the car alarm and then zeroed in on it when Daryl honked the horn when he was ready to leave to find Merle, if they had been smarter when they left Atlanta, they would have met Glenn and left the car on the highway just outside of the city, still not sure why they did not do that, considering Rick got lectured about noise and how Walkers were blocking the exit by Morales and Andrea when they first meet, 😏 When it comes to the part with Jim digging all those holes I understand the concern Dale showed considering the heat and sun sickness, but every time I am rewatching and Lori says your scaring the kids I have to laugh, the kids have no clue what is up until the adults make such a big deal about it, it could have been handled quietly by Dale and Shane without including anyone else until it was over, but that is just my personal opinion, 😏 Have a safe and wonderful week, 👋😀👋

daryl is such a well written character. there some things about him in the first season that tell you he's similar to merle, but even more little things that tell you he's actually completely different from merle. i always love seeing people react to this show, and see their opinions on daryl slowly change
When the truck got stolen by Merle. They all thought he went back to the camp to get revenge. But he never showed up. He just went somewhere else and was found by the Governor’s people and fixed him up.
So the most likely reason for why the walkers turned up was Glenn accidentally led them in the direction of the campsite from driving the car with the alarm going to them. It took the walkers a few days but eventually they wandered there from Atlanta and the surroundings.
It was some creepy shit when Ed wanted Sophia to stay. I think later in season 2 Carol says something hinting that Ed did look at Sophia in that weird way... which is just fucking disgusting and sad.

What to watch in the opening is as the show progresses the opening "THE WALKING DEAD" looks like it is deteriorating with the same rate as the walkers rot. Each season gets more and more rotten since the walkers are rotting more and more with each day since it started. You will definitely see a difference between the first episode and the later seasons.
While u’ll go on watching the show, u’ll see that TWD it’s not really about zombies but more about people and this episode it’s the perfect example That’s something that the comic portrayed better for me tbh but it works really well in the show either
All those senior citizens left behind in the nursing home to die. These people stayed here and keep them safe and try to find a way to them all out of the city.
There was a cut scene from the show I suggest you watch cuz it goes back to the vatos Rick was gonna ask them for hope but when they got there somebody had raided and killed everybody there
