Blocking the door doesn't imply he thinks Rick is alive. He jsut did it just in case. He even said he didn't know if it was gunfire. So just incase he didn't hear the heartbeat because of the gunfire he blocked it. I think he genuinely thought he was dead.
for a tv show the explosion is more than good. the criticisms are probably from people who watch series/movies only to look for mistakes to make fun of, not to be entertained. trolls, i feel sorry for them!..
This. If they wanted her to stay behind with the scientist, I wish they had told us why she made that choice. We got Jim's backstory in just a few words. It wouldn't have taken much to tell us why she had no one and nothing left. One or two sentences of dialogue would have made her scene much more powerful. Instead it just feels like such a waste. She was a sensitive yet savvy woman and could have contributed so much to the plot and growth of others. Instead we're stuck assuming bad things about her because of the choice she made, because we don't know why she made that choice. I kinda hate that.
@@OgSudaI know, because the world sucked, and I don't blame her. I just would have liked something a little more personal to her as a character. They paid an actress to play this character, so they could have given her a single line about how she lost her family and has nothing to live for. She sure wanted to live when she found out Jim was bitten and didn't hesitate to "out" him. A few hours later she's peacefully taking a quick exit. A simple "I don't want to be bitten" would have made me happy if she never had any family to begin with. Don't mind me. I just liked her character when she was introduced and wasn't happy that T-Dog was the only one who even blinked when she decided to stay behind.

Episode 6 TS-19 felt a little different from the other episodes cause it is technically not canon story. This part does not exist in the original comic storyline. But I don't mind the additional info from this episode about Walkers and how the virus works.
"Oh, she weak..." I wish she had heard what the man whispered to Rick. That would have made her decision more reasonable in retrospect. But we never found out why she was alone. I'm sure she lost people just like everyone else, leaving her entirely alone. And aside from the girl-party during the laundry scene, we didn't see her connecting with anyone but Jim, who chose to zombify in order to be closer to his lost family. Who did she have to live for? Her choice hurt because she had so much potential if she had connected with just one of the survivors. T-dog tried, but as far as we know they had no connection except race. I wish Andrea and Carol had tried, using the women-stick-together angle. But I doubt it would have helped. She wasn't weak. She was alone and had nothing worth fighting for. I would have loved to see what she could have become if she had someone worth suffering for. Instead I'm left agreeing with her and Andrea. The longer the series went on, the more I agreed with her choice.
It's quite telling how much of a honey pot this show has become to reactors. It ain't no bad thing and it's no accident that views and subscriptions take a bump once reactors hook-up to this show. The fans are many, and many love to relive their moments through others - it's vicarious! Of course - we have a wealth of reactors we can choose to follow - so no slacking! 😉

This episode made me think the entire series was about people in a hopeless situation, aimed at those who enjoy watching people suffer in the face of inevitable misery. I did come back to the series eventually, after hearing that some of the original characters became amazing. But I never lost my first impression, cemented by this episode, that the point of this series was to watch people suffer miserable things because viewers are sadists at heart.
@@arimina5353 I love it because throughout the eyes of the scientist we can see how he tried to find a cure because he was the only one who could since the other scientists died. He was working till the very end to do something good. But even tho it would be awesome if he escaped with the others, it shows that not all people will have the mindset on survival. Some would just rather not suffer same as that lady who stayed behind too. I found it rather beautiful that they were at peace in the end, ready to (if they believed in it) see the people they lost. Yes it’s sad, but it’s the harsh reality that people need to accept that this would happen if something like this occurred. So I’m not enjoying this because I’m a sadist, to be honest when I first saw it i started to tear up a little 😅 it was just bittersweet experience. Plus he really sold it as an actor. Hope that covers it all, English is nit my first language so sorry for mistakes 😄

His devotion to her was great and awful, that he had to use her tissue to continue the work. I completely understood his choice to go down with the ship, especially since it was so quick and painless. The drawn out death scenes are where I have to ask myself why I'm watching - do I like gore? Not as much as I used to, but I still get sadistic satisfaction when it's bad guys suffering. The good guys suffering gets depressing quick for me. Bittersweet is a nice way to put it. Your english is great.

Hello 👋 Another awesome video, 👍👍 Shane definitely thought Rick was dead because he did not hear a heartbeat so he made the decision to not worry about his dead friends body due to all the chaos and honor him by trying to save Rick’s family, he moved the gurney in front of the door so the Walkers could not get to him, unfortunately the stress of the apocalypse and the bad head space he is in now since Ricks return have been on the bad side, especially attacking Lori like that, 😏 There are Webisodes for a couple seasons, the one for the 1st season is called ‘Torn Apart’ be sure to watch one that says ‘Torn Apart Complete’, it gives you a bit more of a glimpse into the beginning of the outbreak, 👍🙂 So sad Jacqui decided to stay, I was hoping they would give her more screen time, RIP Jacqui and Dr. Jenner 😪 I kept waiting on Shane’s hot headed random shooting at the consoles to take out the one for the door, 😏 Have a safe and wonderful week, 👋😀👋

Brother in the blue cap didn't react this way and looked shocked. I've NEVER heard other male reactors on their channels react this way after a terrible scene like that and I've watched TWD a few times and the reactions multiple times and the odd guy will make a joke about someone fancying someone and wanting to take things further or may use the word "sex", but they draw the line and try and keep it decent. He really needs to tone it down otherwise he’ll put a lot of ladies off watching, which is a shame. It made me very uncomfortable and another young lady watching too said she watched another reaction of yours and this same brother was making inappropriate comments and it put her right off and she stopped watching saying she didn't like you guys. Everyone has a right to make jokes and if it's not to your taste, you don't have to watch. SA is a serious matter and that's the only really issue here but even than, the joke was quick and the situation wasn't taken lightly. The long paragraph about how he can't make any vulgar jokes or make a comment between two adults is highly ridiculous. Again, if it's not to your taste than just don't watch. But to say someone is being inappropriate on their own channel? About fictional characters? Nah.
They both were shocked and knew it was a bad situation. Chance making a joke is just his system and he wasn't excusing Shane. I've heard far worse and it's their channel at the end of the day. If you don't like it, don't watch.
Not gonna lie, I would just accept my death in that decontamination thing considering it would be painless. I would have nothing to live for either way, it can only end up going two ways: 1. I get eaten alive and turn into a zombie. 2. I survive the zombie apocalypse somehow but lose most if not all my family and friends giving me nothing to live for and nowhere to live.
Well God does allow humans to destroy themselves "Wrath of God". Christians dont live by the flesh but by the spirit thats why the world cannot make them bend the knee because their life belongs to Jesus.

Everyone has a right to make jokes and if it's not to your taste, you don't have to watch. SA is a serious matter and that's the only really issue here but even than, the joke was quick and the situation wasn't taken lightly.
The long paragraph about how he can't make any vulgar jokes or make a comment between two adults is highly ridiculous. Again, if it's not to your taste than just don't watch. But to say someone is being inappropriate on their own channel? About fictional characters? Nah.
They both were shocked and knew it was a bad situation. Chance making a joke is just his system and he wasn't excusing Shane. I've heard far worse and it's their channel at the end of the day. If you don't like it, don't watch.
Not gonna lie, I would just accept my death in that decontamination thing considering it would be painless. I would have nothing to live for either way, it can only end up going two ways:
1. I get eaten alive and turn into a zombie.
2. I survive the zombie apocalypse somehow but lose most if not all my family and friends giving me nothing to live for and nowhere to live.
