Adaline!! You are the epitome of a home MANAGER!! Not just a homemaker. You make EVERYTHING look effortless. At age almost 55, I want to be you when I “grow up “! I don’t know where you get your energy from, but, you do an amazing job! I know you have had hard times, but, look at how far you and your family have come!! I don’t know you and I am PROUD of you! Bravo young lady and praise Jah for guiding you and Cory!
If I was 40 years younger, I would try my hand at homesteading and have a food storage area similar to yours! Now, as an almost 75 year old widow, I’m canning more than I’ve ever done before! In the past, I focused on jams, jellies, and bread and butter pickles. I’m now canning meals in a jar and meat. Your videos are an inspiration. As someone else said, I want to be you when I grow up!
I remember my mothers cellar looking similar. She always said she needed to can 184 quarts green beans, 60-80 quarts tomatkes, 40 pints beets and other applesauce, cherries, salsa, corn and others. My storage is much smaller, but will now aspire to have something similar to yours sef-up. Love it.
I have adopted Shelby from The Queens Cabinet channels way of keeping up with what I have in my freezers. Bought a graph paper tablet. Write down each item and make a slash in the boxes for each counted item. Then when I use something I slash in the opposite direction and it keeps me up to date. And then when I see a sale I will add slashes for the restock and continue on. Also keep a total of things in my cabinets and pantry, it's a truly brilliant system. Blessings y'all!
Would you be able to do a canning series? Like amish, mennonite and pressure canning as well. I don’t have a pressure cooker, but the water bath canning methods of amish and mennonite would surely help me!
Amazing food storage area❤❤❤ This is probably sound super weird but the shelves your husband built are so satisfying to look at!!! They look very sturdy and are so well made! Plus to see all your canned goods is such an inspiration. ❤❤ Take care and God bless🌷
Love it all!!! That shelving unit that the hubby built is spectacular. All the colors...looks like art. You are a wonderful homemaker and an inspiration.
Nothing like having your own beef!! I always look forward to our family butchering days!! We do beef n pork! My Uncle has his garage turned into a little butchering shop!
Love these pantry tours! Wish I had a bsmt to store all that but definitely very motivating to get myself canning! So satisfying to see all those home canned goods! Thank you so much for sharing!
I have the same old freezer!!! We keep it out on the patio for drinks, produce from garden that needs to be dealt with and extras of inside the house fridge items. We spray painted ours black. Looks so much better black. No more yellowing.
As others have said I wanna be you when I grow up lol I definitely would love a canning series! As a mama of 6 I would love to start canning and doing more food preservation
Adaline you are fabulous!! You are doing such a fantastic job with your food storage!! You are so inspirational!! Thank you for being you and for having a great channel!! Keep rockin' and rollin'!!
I am SOOO envious of your BEAUTIFUL storage!!! I have been trying for YEARS to get my basement cleaned out and organized so that I can start canning and storing, But unfortunately I live with a couple of hoarders!😢😢😢😢 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE TOUR--- Now I am even MORE motivated to get my basement cleaned out and reorganized!❤❤❤❤
Nice to see you again Adaline. Love your videos and all the helpful hints and ideas. I have canned many items over the years and love to shop at Amish/Mennonite stores.
Yes! Keep your old, ugly fridge/freezer! An extra fridge is nice to have. I bought a new one when my old, ugly fridge went out. Lol I felt like I couldn’t live without it when holidays come around.
Your food storage (and especially your shelves) are lovely, friend. And I love seeing how you use those things in your kitchen. Thank you for taking us along! ❤ xo
Thank you so much for the crate (I have 2 empties just waiting) idea for the freezer. The bottom of my freezer is actually a mess and I now see a freezer reorg in my future.
Did you know that Tylenol has ingredients not allowed in other countries? Genexa does not have fillers in it. I just thought you would want to know. Thank you for all your videos.
What would you do with all the freezer/refrigerated stuff if the power went out? I just saw someone I follow lose everything in their freezer cause the door didn't get closed all the way.
this is so great! I tried to find your corn with a tomato video you mentioned and couldn't find it. do you think you can link it when you get a chance? Please and thank you!!!
I know you said you aren't totally comfortable going into detail with your apothecary inventory, but I would love to know what you keep on hand so I can look into it for my own family-even if you don't go into details on how you use it (which I completely understand)😊
How do you keep things from getting freezer burn if you restock before you are empty? I only have one deep freezer and when it is full, it lasts us about a year. We also completely empty it and defrost it everytime.
Hi Adaline, love your videos. Specially that you make gf. I tried the peaches and blueberries muffins and they were amazing. Can you please make white bread gf? I need to learn because I have some family members that can’t have gluten. So maybe you have a recipe for bread Thank You so much. ❤
Don't call that freezer old and uglyyyy 🥺 We wouldn't want those 2 words on the same sentence together 50yrs from now 😆😅 It served you yearss. Suggest to call her old and still sassy 😆😁 or whatever you want to call her other than old and uglyyyy. Others you can suggest other adjectives as well!!! 🤪🤪😁 Justice to the freezerrrr 😆

Your cellar is so great! I love it! You are truly blessed. I'm so proud for you Adaline. Ty so much for sharing. I learn from you. Be blessed friend.
@adaline you should put your Mylar bags that have food in a plastic bin so you have more protection from critters biting into your bags.
I would love to see a close up shot of how your shelves are put together
I am SOOO envious of your BEAUTIFUL storage!!!

How awesome! I have never heard of putting garden seeds in the freezer. Can you tell me more about that?
Those shelves look beautifully stocked! ❤❤❤
Yes! Keep your old, ugly fridge/freezer! An extra fridge is nice to have. I bought a new one when my old, ugly fridge went out. Lol

Can you please share your peach salsa recipe again? I made it last year and I can’t find it again through your videos. It was absolutely delicious!
Thank you so much for the crate (I have 2 empties just waiting) idea for the freezer. The bottom of my freezer is actually a mess and I now see a freezer reorg in my future.
So glad this inspired you!!
Woooow! It’s all amazing! Would you be willing to link those teeth pullers?
Did you know that Tylenol has ingredients not allowed in other countries? Genexa does not have fillers in it. I just thought you would want to know. Thank you for all your videos.

Adaline. Ty. Love this. Do you can ground beef? When using mylar for shorter storage do you use o2 absorber? Ty
I would love to see a video about herbalism. It's something i enjoy but people rarely talk about!

If the world goes into a frenzy with any type of outbreak i would want to be at your house 😵
Do you have a video where you made homemade cranberry juice? I have a lot cranberries in the freezer and want to use them. Thanks
How do you keep things from getting freezer burn if you restock before you are empty? I only have one deep freezer and when it is full, it lasts us about a year. We also completely empty it and defrost it everytime.
This looks so picture perfect. I thought you edited yourself in when you were standing there. 😊
