@@kimclark399 I just use the following and omit if someone doesn't like them. Each are rolled like a burrito and put tightly in Saran Wrap & froze until needed. Scrambled Eggs, Cooked Ground Pork (or real bacon pieces or diced ham), Peppers and Onions, Hash Browns (cubed or shredded), and cheese! ❤
Thank you for getting me back on the meal prepped train. Instead of coming home from work and eating chips, cereal, ice cream etc because I’m too tired to make dinner, I just toss in the slow cooker, instant pot, oven etc and relax (I’m finally losing with due to eating right!) thank you !!!
The biscuits look amazing. Since you are using the jumbo flaky biscuits, you can pull each one apart and have double the biscuits and not so thick. That would allow you to use your regular sized muffin tins.
I love that these are quick and uncomplicated. I love how you also don’t need your ingredients to be “perfect” and new - like using 3 different brands and flavors of bbq sauce. Good enough!!!!
Handy tip: When I am trying to get the last of any sauce out of a bottle or jar, I add like a quarter cup of water to it and shake it to get the leftover sauce. Then I pour it out into my dish and add another tablespoon more water and shake that. I find this method empties out almost every last drop of the sauce from the bottle 😊
Cottage is certainly more accessible.. in my world anyway. But I actually prefer cottage over ricotta ALL DAY LONG. To me the ricotta is akin to baby throw up. So yah it's a hard pass for me 😜😀
I love using plastic containers lined with freezer bags! No need dirty a bowl even. And I love your humor - wisky business is hysterical! I think you're doing really well cleaning out your pantry!!
Having meals in the freezer is such a helpful way to prevent stopping for dinner out and blowing your food budget. I always try to cook one for now and one to store in my freezer so we always have a stash of meals on hand. :)
I watched over a 3 day period. Hard to choose where to start.... so many good recipes to try. Very impressed with the variety of meals you serve your family. I feel like I repeat the same thing over and over. Thanks for all you do. Very inspiring.
Thanks for all the recipes! So many ideas! Little tip for the french toasts: if you beat the eggs with the cinnamon before adding milk, the cinnamon mixes in better and doesn’t float to the top.
Evaporated milk works well as a heavy cream replacement in most cases. I always keep it on hand because of it's longer shelf life since I don't usually keep heavy cream on hand.
I love canned peas!! I’m a weirdo😂. When I was a kid, I’d come home from school starving cuz I was too cool to eat lunch at school!! I have a frugal tip regarding citrus: pop it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds before squeezing the juice out. It releases A LOT more juice that way. Money and fruit saved 🙂 Thank you for all your inspiring videos. I just came across you the other day, and I've been binge-watching. Lene, Norway

I like the long video and watch an increments if needed you have so many wonderful ideas 💡
What a great selection of dishes! Some I have seen, some I have made and some fantastic new ones. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us ideas for freezer meals. I have made the traditional Ricotta/spinach stuffed shells, but never thought of them having a taco twist. Sounds good!
Love this channel❤Two tricks I have When I bake those baked sandwiches I use everything bagel seasoning instead of the poppy seeds. Delicious And when I make sloppy joes, I make extra and then use it as filling for stuffed peppers. I freeze the leftover sloppy joe until I need it. Comes out great.
I once went to shake a glass bottle of ketchup like you were doing and I didn't know but the lid was not screwed on. I was on a cruise ship in the dining room and I splattered ketchup all over the ceiling and wall like a crime scene. Thanks for the video!
I keep shelf stable sour cream, milk, buttermilk, and/or cream on hand all the time and it works great for thickening all your creamy stuff because you can rehydrate them with as much or little water as you want - it is more expensive than the potatoes but I find more versatility with it.
Christine, this video was AMAZING!! I watch often but rarely comment. I know this video had to be a TON of work! I have saved so many recipes and shared this video with a few friends.
Love all your videos. What would be a great is to incorporate a shopping or gathering list of food items for us to purchase that go along with your videos. Make sure I have all so i can cook along with you. Thanks !

Hey there! Regarding *_using up condiments_* like that mustard and salsa: You can _fully_ use up /empty out them by adding a bit of water and vinegar (or milk, if you like and that suits) and shake it up. Esp. for cooking that's a great method. (For sandwiches you have to be careful with the amount of water you add, of course. 😅)
I wanna go to Christine’s house for weekend breakfasts. Everything looks sooo yummy. I am not a morning person, but I am a full time foodie. My mouth is literally watering here. 😛 Man, I’m really missing the days when I had a freezer. There’s no room for one where I am now.
These all look fantastic! And a way to get variety especially when your family's "what's for dinner" game is strong and your will to come up with ideas has been tapped out that week. 😜 I love lasagna (and so does the family) but I hate making it, so I cheat and just do lasagna roll ups. It is probably the same amount of work or more (who knows), but works for us 😉) I just do meat in the sauce then ricotta, Parm, mozz blend with cookie scoop and smear on individual noodles roll and add to dish pour sauce all over and add more mozz on top.
I needed to do a freezer meal restock. By the end of the week I will have made 6 of these and plan to do more in the future. I loved it because with the exception of the protein and cheese I have had everything else in my fridge and pantry.
Just watched…not sure how I missed it before. You use whatever words you want to, I love the silly words, it makes cooking fun and who doesn’t understand or love a “sprinkles dink”❤️❤️❤️
Rogue and Speedy for president!!! Does Dave not love oregano in general or maybe not Italian but Mexican? There's something so satisfying about finishing off something in your pantry that has taken forever 😂
My sister has something similar she does at Christmas. It is hash browns, onions, green veggies and mushroom soup with cheese on top. It is delicious. The bacon is a nice addition. Sharen
Sweet Baby Ray's makes a garlic parmasen which is a great marinade on chicken. I add a few more simple ingredients to it and freeze or grill right then. Makes an easy meal with sides and wraps if there are leftovers. These recipes are great ideas! Love your videos!
My sisters and I got together and made 80 breakfast burritos yesterday 🌯 for everyone to share for freezers!
That is awesome!
Cool! What recipe did you use?
Yes recipe please!

Wow, Christine!! That was amazing!! Thank you so much!!!
Just watched…not sure how I missed it before. You use whatever words you want to, I love the silly words, it makes cooking fun and who doesn’t understand or love a “sprinkles dink”❤️❤️❤️
Great video. The breakfast ones I’m definitely trying.
Loved this video. So many great ideas and your joy for prepping really shows!
Rogue and Speedy for president!!! Does Dave not love oregano in general or maybe not Italian but Mexican? There's something so satisfying about finishing off something in your pantry that has taken forever 😂
Great green gravy! We have hit the jackpot on cooking videos!
Wow!!! They all look so good. I just have to eat some room in my freezer and I will try a few. This was such a fun video.
I love that you call it "shaker cheese"! We call it sprinkle cheese it our family. What's in there? Who knows, but it's shakey/sprinkley & delicious!
lots of chicken, burger, eggs and cheese with delicious side ideas. what's not to love? you must have a dedicated freezer.
My sister has something similar she does at Christmas. It is hash browns, onions, green veggies and mushroom soup with cheese on top.
It is delicious. The bacon is a nice addition.

Sweet Baby Ray's makes a garlic parmasen which is a great marinade on chicken. I add a few more simple ingredients to it and freeze or grill right then. Makes an easy meal with sides and wraps if there are leftovers. These recipes are great ideas! Love your videos!
Amazing video. Thanks for sharing your recipes 😊
