    Before I had a hysterectomy back in October, I used your workouts daily to prep my body for healing. I really enjoyed it and when I would tell my husband, "It's time for some Amy" he would respond with "WHOOOOO! YAAAS!" It's now 4 months later and I've only recently been cleared to go back to this level of exercise due to complications. This was my first kettlebell swing since then and I actually missed it so much. I was dying to get back to your workouts. I enjoy your style so much, it was what drove me get back into exercise. Thank you.

    I worked out during my first pregnancy with Amy's prenatal workouts which were awesome 💕 Now I am seven months pregnant with my second and I can't wait to start working out to her new videos after 2nd baby is born in April ❤️ I wish I could have met you when I was in LA between 2013 and 2017.     Absolutely perfect full body workout! I love that each move starts basic and then builds up to a more intense move! I alternated between my weights and my Kettlebell! The lateral windmills to a side knee crunch were awesome! Although this workout is short on time, it's packed with terrific exercises that make you feel great!! Loved it! ❤️👍😄❗

    Thank you for this! Since having covid doing workouts were almost impossible for me to keep up with or even finish. My lungs aren’t what they were . This was slow but powerful. It was enough for me to be able to breath and for once finish a workout session . It feels so nice to feel strong again, To feel closer to myself once more. On a ending note, thank you girl!!!     This was a good match for my body--challenging, but only required a little modifying for the floor work--and thanks for no up and down--I have to pause to get safely down or up or miss the first few reps. Though that happened with a quick position change to lunges--by the time I got set, I had missed the first two. It takes me a little while to change weights or get balance & position aligned.
