      Loved the workout. Didn’t feel like I was burning the amount of calories I actually did. But I’m curious. Why do you call it the woman maker? Lol

      This was awesome! I've been doing 10 mins workouts for a month. My go to is your low impact cardio workout but I'm gonna do this challenge. Thank you Amy ❤

    I knew this would be hard since I’ve been away from workouts for a few months but I was still able to do the whole thing thanks to mods and - most importantly - your encouragement!! The no-repeat format is kinda awesome, it feels like a completely different kind of challenge. Thanks, Amy!

    Have to say I thought this would be a less strenuous workout because not as long as some others but was pleasantly surprised. I woke up the next day with sore muscles, which hasn’t happened in awhile, which means it was a very productive workout. Less time but more productive and better results. I loved it!

    Like waking up on Christmas morning!!! This was AMAZING!! Got my 8 month pregnant self to do 20lb whole way through!!! Thank you for being so positive and motivational!!! LOVE this challenge look forward to it each year!!! Love the new shekves!

      Amy kept me moving throughout my entire pregnancy! I worked out with her up until the day I gave birth. And I actually GAINED strength in my side planks because of her. So way to go, mama! You're doing so many wonderful things for you and your baby!

    This was so good! I could definitely tell with this workout I need to go heavier on certain moves. Excited for my 12 lb weights I asked for this Christmas!

    This workout was awesome!! It was challenging but I did it and it feels so good!! I had just that rush of endorphins at the end and I had tears well up in my eyes because I was so proud of myself for staying strong! Thank you so much Amy!!!

    had to take it easy most of November thanks to injury and illness. I was so excited to start a new challenge this morning! Excellent workout, love the holiday background! Also appreciate the HIIT workouts that don't involve a lot of jumping. I workout in my living room at 5 am before my family is awake, and have to keep it quiet so my toddler doesn't wake up and end up under my feet the whole time lol.

    I enjoyed this workout. I am a huge fan of "no repeat" workouts. The reflection at the end was fantastic. I am not very good at "pops" but hopefully someday I will master the move. Thank you!

    Loved the workout! It was intense and those grounded jump ups were killer 🥵 The new background is pretty I can feel the holiday vibes all around 🤩🤩 I was feeling bad for not doing any workout for 4 days during this Thanksgiving break but your weekly email just made me feel better that's it's ok to enjoy the holidays :) and then come back to the right track. Really very thankful for all your encouraging words and definitely all the great workouts you've been offering 🤗🤗
