I woke up the next day with sore muscles, which hasn’t happened in awhile, which means it was a very productive workout. Less time but more productive and better results. I loved it!

Amy kept me moving throughout my entire pregnancy! I worked out with her up until the day I gave birth. And I actually GAINED strength in my side planks because of her. So way to go, mama! You're doing so many wonderful things for you and your baby!

had to take it easy most of November thanks to injury and illness. I was so excited to start a new challenge this morning! Excellent workout, love the holiday background! Also appreciate the HIIT workouts that don't involve a lot of jumping. I workout in my living room at 5 am before my family is awake, and have to keep it quiet so my toddler doesn't wake up and end up under my feet the whole time lol.
Love your new background setup, Amy! Looking forward to the rest of the Holiday HIIT challenge! These monthly challenges are wonderful! Been doing them for a couple of months with you and can feel myself getting stronger and more toned. It was intense and those grounded jump ups were killer 🥵 The new background is pretty I can feel the holiday vibes all around 🤩🤩 I was feeling bad for not doing any workout for 4 days during this Thanksgiving break but your weekly email just made me feel better that's it's ok to enjoy the holidays :) and then come back to the right track. Really very thankful for all your encouraging words and definitely all the great workouts you've been offering 🤗🤗
