I watched your videos and subscribed to the move app for probably over 2 years now. I tried the workouts and eating but never committed until January 8th. I am still doing it! I feel so amazing! I have lost 15lbs and more important getting stronger and have more energy. I have a super busy schedule, work full time at a family business and for my husband's business. I used to think I didn't have time to workout and make healthy food. Well you inspired me to make time. It is the most amazing feeling!! I can't thank you enough for what you do. You encouraged me and helped me want it enough to make it a priority. I also think Miss Congeniality and your marine collagen help with my perimenopause symptoms!! Tongue scraping is such an important thing to do for your daily oral health. Thank you for sharing that with your followers. Tongue scraping can also help with bad breath and prevents frequent sore throats. You don't necessarily need a tongue scraper to get the job done, using a metal spoon works just as well.
March is my birthday month too. It's the big 4-0 for me and I keep telling myself it's my chance to be better than ever instead of feeling old. I've been doing a little cardio/strength training 4 days/week for 6 months now with minimal results so working on increasing my steps. Morning walk felt great today.
I usually go to bed between 9-10 and read either on my book or kindle. Honestly, the trick is gradually weaning yourself to getting up earlier. Start by getting up 5:50 then slowly increase it week by week, and make it simple like choosing 1 day a week you will get up. There are lots of ways to do it, but I've found mindset it key. I only do this 3 days a week when I go into the office for work, hybrid days I sleep till 6-7. Hope this helps! @@valentinakren8816
Tongue scraping is amazing! But you have to do it first thing in the morning, prior to drinking or eating anything. If you drink even water before, whatever was detoxed on your tongue goes right back inside you. Hope this helps. Thanks for all your amazing videos 💗💗💗

So this morning I made my coffee with no sugar (which I’ve NEVER done in many years of being a coffee drinker) but I did have a small amount of creamer. Happy birthday month! My birthday month is March as well. I like doing the oil pulling too! And just a friendly heads up - try to avoid spitting the oil in the sink if you can, because it can harden and clog the pipes (that would happen over time of course). I generally just try to spit mine in the trash. 😊. I absolutely love your videos, you’ve taught me so many thyroid tips it’s been invaluable. 🙏
I love waking up early and getting my day started! I work out at 4am once a week on the weekend and I LOVE it, I also go to bed at 7pm, and then I’ll work 8 hours after the gym
I just added a goal on my habit tracker in my monthly reset yesterday to wake up at 5am! ☀ Only I have the opposite problem in that I wake up too early and hope to sleep later, until 5am. Haha. Happy Birthday month!! 🎂💗

Love Love your videos. Two tips- tongue scrape before drinking your water in the morning so you aren’t chugging back all those toxins. Also try castor oil pulling instead of coconut oil - 1tbsp only For 1-2 min then spit in garbage can. Happy wellness ❤❤

I just got my Viome results back and my whole entire life is changing now. 😅 I also add collagen to my coffee and it has 10g of protein in a scoop and I’m happy with that. I also end my showers with cooler water since during it I get hot and it feels amazing. Packaged oats actually have a chemical in them they found that has been linked to infertility in women and other health issues. I do overnight oats since they are a superfood for me.
Question for you! I just finished (well I’m on day 7) of the seven day slim down (and down 4.5 lbs 🎉)…but I was wondering if you were to update the program would you add drinking protein in the first 30 mins of waking up?

I spoke with a couple of ayurvedic practitoners and watched 1 or 2 knowledgable TH-camrs about oil pulling and it is definitely supposed to be done before brushing your teeth. I have been doing this for 6 months and did not tell my dentist until a recent visit. My teeth have whitened and my gums are not as sensitive. But it is impt to do before brushing, oil needs to be spit out in the garbage and it does need to be done for at least 10-15 mins. I love lymphatic massage. Yes, it can help but, for me, I would never follow anyone's tips if they have had a lot of plastic surgery done or fillers or botox.

So ive recently heard that Oat milk isn’t great because its essentially ‘starch juice’ and I’m not a huge Almond milk flavor fan. I did research on Raw Milk and I’m horrified by the info..it’s either great or ‘super bad for you or can make you sick easily’
