So excited to start 2024 on the right foot with #teamlsf January 2020 was the start of my weight loss journey where I lost 25 pounds however o due life changes over the last 4 years I have gained it all back and I am ready to press play on my healthy lifestyle again!
it's so interesting to me because you used to wake up and go straight to your coffee but now you are doing a lot before you even have your coffee. I love my coffee time in the morning but lately, I've been feeling like it slows me down a little and makes me procrastinate starting my day. I love seeing I love seeing all the new things you're doing!
I know it's changed so much! I did that for YEARS, but I've been trying to shift my coffee to later in the day and have to swap other habits in to keep me busy :)
I like your tip about getting yourself ready and put together. I work at a place where it’s easy to let those things go, but I do notice a difference when I take that time to put myself together
Man! I am ready for when there is sunshine at 6:15 again! I'm a good 1.5 hours into my day before the sun rises around 7:25 right now! But! We are just 2 days away from when the days start lengthening again!! First thing I do in the a.m. is snuggle with my pup in bed and then do a few stretches before I sit up. Working out all the clicks and ticks gets me ready to roll!

Also, the tongue scraping to get rid of toxins was great too. I would love to see a video from you more on how you healed your hashimoto's. Did you have to heal your gut? I just found you and you are such an inspiration and support. You have the same thought process as I do. I have not been diagnosed with Hypothyroid but I know I have it. I have a apt 01/23/2024. I am doing some proactive things. I have been on Ozembic and lost NOTHING. I am having all the symptoms of Hyperthyroid. I don't trust Dr's always but I do know my body. You make this so simple when others make it complicated. Thank you for all you do.

I always love your morning and night routines! They inspire me so much 😊 also J have mugs I rotate person/ some holiday ones. It definitely helps my mornings feel special. I have mugs with trees or ones with a snowman. I keep those out all winter cause they are not tied to just Christmas .
I love seeing your morning routines. I find eating breakfast is really important for me. I tried fasting,, but I ended-up getting really nauseous in the mornings. Also, I love your natural potpourri mixture. I have been meaning to try making to make my own.

So I rellyunderstanf the benefit of sunshine . I always have healthy habits androutibez they are a must for keeping my head above water . so do a lot of these myself. Thankyou

I agree, 30 minutes is enough to get in a good workout. Sometimes I'll add in a walk during the day for a little extra movement.
