      Getting my coffee then reading my Bible and my Bible study that I do with a friend that lives in a different state. I need to get outside more often. I drive ACV but I didn’t think about adding in lemon. I’m going to start doing that. I try to exercise by 9 or 10 but it depends on my day and the kids’ schedules.

      I get up and have lime water because it helps get my bowels moving, I then have my coffee:
      Collagen
      Heavy whip
      Oatmilk
      Dash of maple syrup
      Cinnamon
      French press
      And since the weather is getting warm, I will be going outside for a walk. Ticks are terrible so be careful of anyone in the wooded and grassy areas. Peppermint oil is a wonderful way to ward off ticks and it’s safe for your pets despite the critics.

      Coffee, then oatmeal, sounds boring but I eat it every morning and I love it!! Oh and I take my vitamins/supplements.

    Praying in the morning is life changing and thank you for bringing this up, love all your tips and I love the feel good 5 instead of say trying to do 10 and overwhelm myself. Can’t wait to try the protein smoothie and great reminder to get out in the sun in the morning because I’m not sleeping very well lately so thank you thank you!

    I started waking up 1 hour before work - I have been meditating before work for 5-10 minutes - Great Meditation has some top notch 5- 0 minute guided meditation. I also drink some water and repeat my work affirmations.

    My morning workouts, preferably outside! I feel stronger and ready to take on the day! And for me my workouts are just my "me time" 🌞

    Caffeine seems to be my number 1 habit! 😬 I need to work on my Bible/prayer time and getting outside more! Totally sets the tone for the whole day!

    Love all your videos but lately they have helped with me getting back on track with taking care of myself. I've been keeping a Food diary and writing down my workouts to stay and hold myself accountable. Also protein!!! 🥰

    Just noting to be cautious on essential oils if you have pets, as they're toxic.
    My go to morning is getting some sun with tea if its sunny (I live in a very grey place), I also like doing a little yoga/stretching, and getting cuddles in with my cats since they're super cuddly first thing.

      @@Audrey-faithlife its okay you know now! :D Yea idk about dogs if its similar but for cats/felines they can be allergic to it and some have more noticeable reactions than others but basically feline livers can't process essential oils in their system you should be much more worried if they somehow ingest any essential oils because of their liver being unable to process them they can go into shock and can even lead to liver failure and it could be fatal for your feline buddies. Now everyone is controversial on essential oil mists/sprays but if you rather be safe than sorry wouldn't even use essential oil sprays cuz it gets on fabrics and your cat can technically lick the fabrics your spraying it on. I love the sound of using essential oils but I'm one of the rather be safe than sorry people, so I don't even use or allow essential oils in my home for the sake and safety of my cat(s).

      I like doing that too, but sometimes I do that on my breaks, going to work or before bed. Glad to know someone else likes to read and pray with me.

    RNKaren here-morning sun absolutely has “…all those bad UV’s…” , it’s just not as strong as it is 10:00 am to 4:00 pm due to the angle of the sun. So going out in the early morning is certainly better for us and yes, soaking it up for 10-15 minutes will help somewhat with absorbing some Vitamin D, but do be sure to wear sunscreen because you can still burn and still get skin damage/ cancer from even small amounts of exposure. No use using the home ‘laser’ treatment if we just go out & get more sun damage! Hope everyone has a lovely week and uses Sun Safety!!

      we do not have any evidence that suggests that the laser will cause any sensitivity to the sun. However, we always recommend wearing sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays.

    How long in the morning sun do you think is safe without having to slather with spf. I enjoy it also just always paranoid about the spf aspect yet want to just enjoy the sun naturally for all the benefits so typically do 10 minutes to be safe! 😂
