Pep rally is great anytime you need a little boost. I personally use it in the afternoons instead of an anteroom coffee or as a pre-workout

First of all hi old friend!!!❤ I also don't have just me space in the house and I don't know why! Well, my newborn Baby Girl stole quite a bit of space with her outfits! Regardless of having space for a vanity, I still do makeup on a floor! Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter is my favourite thing! But! Would never be up at 5am 😂!
What time do you go to bed at night when you wake up at 5 a.m.? Because I need 8 hours of sleep. I hardly ever get that though. But I do belief that enough and good sleep is the most important thing for our health. Otherwise I don't have energy to do the things that are good for me like working out either. 🤗
I'm not sure where you are getting that information, but it's really not true. Tbh, most do not drink enough water/liquid during the day, so I can understand why it may seem like a lot. These liquids aren't even close to my daily intake :) and there is nothing wrong with having a lot to start your day.
