    Thank you for mentioning getting blood work done if you are constantly craving sugar. It's crazy how deficiencies or another abnormalities can affect our cravings! Our bodies are amazing for trying to tell us things and we need to listen!

    Yes sleep is so important. If I don’t get enough sleep I want to eat all the things I shouldn’t be eating. Thank you for sharing your tips and recipes. I always look forward to having some Vita time !!

    Love your view! It’s so true, some people get upset when an influencer isn’t eating a standard American diet, but eating like you said is the reality of being in shape.

    Love your tips! One extra tip could be working out wisely based on listening to your body. Pushing yourself too hard in the gym if you have jet leg, less sleep, fatigue , sickness, or even your period can really spike your sugar cravings. 🪷
    Fun fact, in the hospital we give babies syringes with sugar as a form of pain meds. Another tip is making extra effort to learn to manage your pain and heal from pain, so your sugar cravings go down. 💕
    So thankful for these helpful tips and reminders Vita! Really appreciate you sharing these with us. God bless 🙏

    Thanks, I'll give these a go, I have good discipline when it comes to exercise (workout 5 times a week) but I've always struggled with the diet/nutrition side of things, I definitely have a sweet tooth that is sabotaging my results.

    I like how you have a very straight forward approach that also isn’t super extreme :) I find that sugar, esp chocolate, is the one thing I can never have enough of. A good tip I learned recently was, if you want chocolate, have a few pieces on a snack plate with fruit, veggies, cheese, etc. You still have the chocolate but also fulfill your hunger more so you aren’t just going back for more chocolate.
    My other issue is taking it if it is free. I just started working in a new office after working from home for so long and especially since we are in Europe, we have sooo many nutella snacks and cookies and stuff. I think I tell myself to eat a lot of it because it is for free and it is right there, but this can’t be forever 😂 will just have to make sure I bring enough whole food snacks with me to work.

    I love this as always 🤍 you rock.
    I stop drinking alcohol, and i eat only healthy sugars, lot of fruits and i feel amazing. When i want sometimes something sweet i really like dark chocolate. I feel i dont have cravings for sugar at all.
    I really like non alcoholic wine, or Sparkling Tea from Copenhagen sparkling tea. Is very famous company which have this product in Four Seasons hotels or Michelin restaurants.
    It have 0 sugar and is absolutely amazing.
    I sometimes eat sugar, but desserts when i go to restaurants. 🤍 at Home i dont. Looking forward for another video ✨

    amazing thanks vita. I also shifted my diet a few years ago and never looked back. its true you no longer crave sugar/unhealthy foods and you gravitate towards better foods.

    This is the video I've been waiting for! I love all of your sit-down videos and this ones favourite! It was beautifully timed after an evening of overindulgence, chocolate on an evening is my thing also 😂🍫 I feel like I really want to want to be in shape as I currently have no desire to look my best but it's actually taking a toll on my health because I'm much more relaxed about my diet I wish I could finally fall in the middle and be balanced and healthy. This is honestly incredibly helpful and so refreshing as always to hear your personal take on how to achieve that. ❤️

    Sugar cravings is often linked to unstable blood sugar.if you eat good amount of protein AND fat (as important as protein) then you won’t have as many cravings. Also women do need more carbs than men as they promote estrogen production. A women should not be on a no carb diet

    For all of the chocolate lovers, I recently found a protein shake that is clean and not chalky tasting and it has an amazing chocolate flavor, since it’s a protein shake I feel less guilty 😂 it’s by flavcity.
    Has anyone tried their other flavors? I’m hoping to try the peanut butter one soon but chocolate seemed like the cleanest option, I tend to get bloated from nuts 😢 despite how much I love them.
