    I’ve been making my own homemade bread and doughs for healthy pizzas. Allowing myself comfort food and good food without the processed chemicals. Tastes so much better too. I’m also rebounding every day for 10 minutes and engaging in somatic yoga. 🧘

    Love the whole-day habit building perspective. I'm a stay at home mom. I homeschool my kiddos, and I write on the side, so seeing the work-from-home challenges is so inspiring! I've set up my habit tracker based off of my daily schedule, the little things I need to do that are too easy to forget. And I'm looking forward to seeing how it helps smooth and improve my productivity and our family's routine. ❤

    I've found that my morning routine really sets the tone for the day. I try to implement things that are both good for my body and mind but also what I enjoy. I have a very fast paced job so the peace in the morning helps me feel peace throughout the day❤

    I'm using the infrared sauna blanket Monday and Wednesday nights and taking a bath Friday nights, and it really helps me sleep better and recover better:)

    Thank you for sharing your routine. It is very helpful. I started to fall off with my healthy eating habits these last couple of weeks. I have been skipping lunch because work has been so busy. However, starting his week and from now on, I plan on being much more intentional about not skipping lunch. I feel my body is starting to get really through off.

    You finally named what I do with TV--productive TV time! Every once in a while I'll sit down and watch a movie without any distractions, but for the most part I try and get something done while there's a show, movie, or video on.

    We have similar wake and sleep habits but I have to be at work by 730 or 8 so workout in the am can't happen ! Life was way better when I could work at home for a year and a half during COVID.

    Thanks for the video. I have a few questions. If it's cold outside, is it still safe to take cold showers 🚿 🥶? Does immunity building with WW have any reverse effects like antibiotic resistance? Can you make a hair routine on your next hair care day after or when you get a color/highlight touch-up? Oh, we want to see a full video of your garden too.

    This video fasinated me because I have an 18 month old and I do belive I have ADHD and cannot seem to get on a schedule to save my life. I would love to be able to have a daily routine as you do. I need tips on how to be able to do that with a toddler and someone who struggles to stay on task and focused. Thanks ❤❤❤

    I loved seeing this as I’m trying to find time to exercise. I wake up at 4:50 every morning and leave for work at 5:45. I don’t get home until after 5pm and I have to make dinner, clean the kitchen, take a shower and do my Bible study. It’s frustrating because I want to exercise but I don’t know when. I am on call 5 days a week and every 4 weekends. Any tips?

      Hi! I know you're not asking me, but thought I'd chime in! 😅 I finish my work day around 5 and immediately change into workout clothes and work out for 30 minutes, before I get into the evening of making dinner, etc. Not sure if that would work for you, but thought I'd share what I found worked for me.     Thanks for your thoughts on skipping breakfast. I have found the same issues. Chocolate is probably my biggest nemesis around snack time, so I’ve been looking for other options (hello celery with some crunchy natural peanut butter).

    Can you do a full review of your Gardyn? I am really curious about how often you are having to replace the pods.     Great video, Katie! Are you adding the protein to your ACV drink? I have a hard time stomaching the ACV even at 1/2 tbsp but that might help. I may also put it in a larger volume of water.

    What are you using for your cleanser and moisturizer? I would love to know how you make your black seed, rose hip and castor oil blend! What ratios, container. 🥰🥰🥰

      So I’ve been using an Elemis balm for cleaner and then a murad moisturizer if I even use one. Most nights I end up just using the oil combo. 1 part castor, 1 part black seed, 2 parts rose hip

    I love your channel, I've been a long time fat friend and I've had my ups and downs but I'm really focusing on clean eating , I have a question, the ACV you drink in the morning, do you think it's better results to drink the ACV or do you think the ACV gummies can work the same??
