When your body is in a new pilates position you're uncomfortable with the last thing you want is electronic music and someone yelling in their mic hahah. Your classes... your voice is so gentle. Just what I needed to get back into pilates! Thank you, and blessing to you 🍃

this is seriously underrated. this is hands down the best pilates routine i’ve done. i do pilates every morning and i don’t go to a class so i just use youtube. i’ve watched a lot of creators but this takes top spot for me. it made my body feel GOOD not exhausted, and it made me feel so calm. according to my apple watch it’s the best pilates routine in terms of burning calories too. this is how pilates should be done. thank you so much, this is great!
Arianna, your videos have truly been an essential part of my recovery. My need to slow down and build my body back up slowly and intentionally is vital to my healing. Thank you for these low impact but ever so effective videos and for your energy perceived through them. Cant wait for more!!
Thank you for such a gentle strong practice. I am just in my way trying to get better my lower spinal pains and this is really helps to my abs and thighs to get stronger in order to protect my lower spine. Thanks again and love you.❤❤❤

Quick question, when we're on the knees and the arms go overhead & we lean back - is that keeping the legs straight and not sitting back on the heels (sort of staying in a line) or do we go all the way onto the heels? I couldn't quite make it out as you're facing forward (and I'm using my phone so not a big screen lol) Thanks so much for these great classes 💚🙏
