However, I’ve been doing some barista courses over the past year and I would like to tell you (in case you didn’t know) that freshly roasted coffee is not recommended for espresso. If you were about to brew it for filter methods, it doesn’t matter, but for espresso it’s better if the coffee sits for about a week/10 days after roasted so it releases all its CO2. I see you like the world of coffee and I just wanted to add that info to your knowledge. Thanks again for your content and have a great day!

In Turkey we use sahlep to make ice cream softer and creamier. Turkey is famous for Maraş Ice Cream. It has a different technique. You can search it from google "Maraş Dondurması" Sahlep is made from orchid roots. I make my own ice cream too. I will try your recipe with sahlep and lactose free milk. Hey Ryoya, i have bought the same coffe roaster because of you. Are you roasting on medium heat or on low? How long do you roast your coffee? It took like 15-20 mins for me. I love you for years now. Thanks for making movie like content on youtube. I wish i could travel to japan and visit you.
It normally takes about 10 minutes to roast my coffee beans and to do that, you need to use at least medium heat. Roasting 20 mins sounds a bit too long for me though but it totally depends on your preference, so all what I want to say to you is like, enjoy your coffee😂
That's a lot of work for only a little bit of ice cream. But, I bet it tastes wonderful. I want to come over to your house and have some ice cream! (ha ha).
It really doesn't matter, you can use any plant-based milk, unless he says otherwise :) soy and almond are the most neutral in terms of sweetness so if you wanna be sure, I recommand them
