It actually smells reaaaaally bad in the beginning until the beans start going from yellow /orange to dark brown. Only then it starts smelling like coffee.
I suggest you to add a table spoon of vodka (or rum in this case). In this way the ice cream won't freeze and will be more simple to take from the block! Anyway, your videos are always amazing!
Whenever i see icecreams, I'm reminded of the day when i had to go the doctor since i hogged chilled icecreams during the rainy season and got bad cough. The doc after checking my breathing, gave me TWO injections on both my bums. I kept rubbing my bums till I reached home though i was driving my bike. After reaching home, my aunty asked me what flavour icecreams the doctor gave me. When i didn't reply, she said that i got butterscotch on one bum and chocolate fudge on the other bum. She told me that she's happy that i got painful injections so that I'll remember it whenever i see icecreams during cold seasons
Glad to see youve kept your love for hand roasted coffee, its def something that ive been interested in but im afraid i would keep it up for a couple of months and eventually go back to comfy options as soon as any stressful period came
