Dear Chef Majk, I just have discovered your channel recently, but it is becoming one of my favorite, especially for ice creams! I could not understand the ingredients of this recipe: 100ml of milk and (100ml + 200ml of heavy cream). I guess the (100ml + 200ml of heavy cream) are for the mix to be heated with the vanilla. Why do we need an additional 100ml of milk? Is it not 100ml of heavy cream instead for the whipped cream? Thank you.
@@dannybiddlecombe Me personally, when I had no ice cream machine, I did not make icecreams. You can just freeze it in the freezer but it will be hard. Or then blend it a bit in the blender to make it better.
There is no how. It is like to show smoke food without a smoke gun or to cut without a knife. It is possible but it will be never perfect and in my opinion, it is not worth it. If you wanna do ice cream just get any machine for that.

@@simpleandtastyhomefood4085 Yes ofc you can do ice cream without a machine. Just put it in the freezer and you can eat it. It will be just not much soft.
Your ice have to much Brix thats why its soft. Show how your ice stands 20sec without for a big Lake on the plate. sry but thats have nothing with soft or hard to do.
@@JigSawLetsPlay You can see the video on Sunday, there I will use it in the recipe, and there I was spending around 2 min with making a thumbnail, and ice cream were still the same.
Can't you add the ice cream in the freezer for a bit and allow it to harden more. Since all ice cream made at home comes out like soft serve out of the ice cream machine you'll have to place it in the freezer if you want it firmer.

100 milk and 100 cream is at the start and then 200 cream is at the end

Try making a quenelle out of frozen solid ice cream and let me know how that goes
