Imagine if you could drop that rotating drum and snap a new one fully loaded with 15 more rounds. A man can dream, a man can dream.
Srm 1216 ...had both kept the tavor by far more ergonomic softer shooting and way more reliable to run vs the srm( least the one I had)
Or better yet a hexagonal variant that has three more cylinders.

Delivery in about 4 days for me! Spent some cash on shells getting ready to break it in.
I thought I had everything I needed then I saw this and realized I was wrong. Then I told my wife and I found out I was wrong about being wrong.

It sure ain't wrong in our house! Imho, one can never have too many snugs or lots of food to feed them with! Hoping that price drops considerably since we like to adopt twins.

True but I do have to admit that a couple weeks ago when my sons night nurse started banging on our bedroom door that someone was breaking into my car outside I did have a slight moment of hesitation at the safe as to which pill dispenser to grab (the one night i didn’t have one on my nightstand). Lots of similar options may have a downside. Don’t tell my wife I said that though. 😉

@Liu Kang Kixx I am very fortunate in that neither my husband nor I purchase anything without the other one knowing about it, sans gifts. Of course, we are team truckers, so we literally go everywhere together. And the majority of the time, we purchase pill poppers as twins. We are so much alike, we often like the same thing. And even if I want to go off with the girls and do girly stuff, he knows I may spend some money and he's cool with that. He even hands me more cash or a credit card just to make darn sure I can get what I want. Being truckers, we don't get a traditional paycheck. However, we both know our financials and there has never been a "my money", "your money" issue. We go hunting together, fishing together, etc. I guess that's what happens when your spouse is also your best friend.

I absolutely LOVE my Tavor TS12. For home defense stand off range to 50 yards, NOTHING BEATS THIS.
when you need fire superiority, this thing is awesome, even more indoors ! I am grouping at 4-6in at 100yds with slugs. Was going to try a rifled choke and see if it improves.
@@Systems1 How's the recoil compared to a regular pump? How about getting dirty and still performing outside?
@@CaptinLongdong1 Recoil is less than a pump. The weapon is tiny compared to my Mossberg 500 AND it carries 15 rounds ! ! ! NICE
I'm not sure about it's performance when in the battlespace. If IWI would lend me one, I would put it through some mud tests. But it's too expensive for me to try with my own. I wonder if IWI has a video of it being used when dropped in a mud puddle.
I just saw one at my local gun shop, very nice and tempting! I believe it was around $1500, love IWI they make fine weapons!
I want one but don't know how to go about buying one. None of my regular gun shops carry it. I've never ordered a firearm before. Can you just order one online?
Hey Sootch00 I actually bought TS-12 because I liked the way you explained and showed how it works and I’m glad I did. I laughed the way you laughed after firing it because it is really incredible and I’m now ready for the Arachnids. 😂
It looks like a beast. The features alone make me want one. The fact that it's the coolest looking semiautomatic shotgun I've ever seen is a bonus.

I'm going to try to pick one of these up from my local dealer in a day or two. I watched a lot of reviews and they were all positive, but your enthusiasm for this gun was unparalleled and was a big reason I became very interested in owning one.

I've got one of these. Man is it amazing! I ran Monarch HV long range dove, Federal 8 shot field, Universal 7 1/2 field, Remington #8 super handicapped, and Estate 00 buck. I ran 30 rounds of each, and only had 2 misfeeds. The misfeeds gapped in the first 5 rounds of monarch. The gun has an adjustable buffer setting, I switched it over, and never had another single jam or feed error in 145 rounds that day. Haven't had a jam since.

Very informative. I'm glad that you are showing the disassembly and reassembly as that's important to know when considering the TS12. Too many youtube channels are no longer showing the basics, just a lot of trigger time.
By far, one of the best reviews available. You have mastered the "tube twist". It seems that all of the other reviewers tend to peer at the tube as they execute the tube rotation. A quick release sight or sight mount is mandatory (hard to find a case wide enough). As you were..

I've loved mine and my tavor 7 about as much as the original 5.56 tavor I purchased. IWI makes some cool stuff.

I have a TS12 and freaking love it! In your cleaning section you neglected to remove the gas piston for a thorough cleaning. Depending on the ammo you are using and dirty it is, once the piston starts getting heavily fouled you will start to have cycling issues. Granted this has only happened with mine after 250 to 300 rounds of dirty shooting ammo, and it only happened with lighter loads. With full power buckshot or slugs it just kept eating!!! Mine will cycle ANYTHING 100%, with exception of Federal Tactical LE reduced recoil slugs, it does not like them, and has FTE issues. From inspection it appears the length of the fired shells is rather long and causes them to get stuck in the ejection port. But that's why it is important to experiment with different loads! With this thing eating everything else with no problems though, it is a wicked machine! (BUY PLENTY OF AMMO!!!!)

koffeekiller It was decent but the far more detailed video is available via IWI’s video.
IBTJC 4Life I saw that one too but this video showed me something about the FUNCTION of the firearm I hadn’t seen in other videos. It was the function of stopping the load of a round and then you can switch your choice to another tube. It will automatically load the next round but with your thumb and a switch on the bottom, behind the pistol grip, you can stop the feed and switch tube; say going from slugs to 00 buck without dumping the slug round to get to the 00 buck. Never seen this illustrated in other vids.carrier release button function! Had to find it on the video again. Starts at 8:12. This function is great to know when switching the tubes.

Great review! As I watched the teardown, I was shaking my head (and no one was in the room!) What a beautiful, full function weapon. Wow!
SWEET! Wish I'd had something like this while walking point in 'nam. Looks like it would be ideal in a jungle environment where ranges are extremely short, and it's nice to have a compact shoulder arm. No doubt also handy in the urban warfare environment.
Price point is a bit high, compared to other 12 gauges, but not excessively so.
This was an awesome review! Well done Sir. Great music too. You're costing me a lot of money though. First the Scorpion and now this gun. How can I resist this epic piece of engineering.

I initially thought that field stripping would be a nightmare but it's not bad. I would like to see how the gas adjustment functions, internally. Nice review.

Azvoltman Phoenix lol love it , I took a Russian baikal over and under to the trap range where I live one day , and these snobs weren’t very happy probably because I hit more than them , so next week I took my mossberg 835 uti mag 3-1/2 inch mag pump in camo just to piss them off even more lol 😂

Great futuristic-looking shotgun! Shortness seems to be an advantage. Another advantage is the usage of either 2"-3/4 & 3" shells. A tip: who so ever videos you, please, keep the frame so that a person shooting to the right is NOT in the right portion of the frame. Thank you!

One improvement possibly is that they make it a 4 tubular magazine, so that you can rotate it to the next tube in one twist instead of 2 twists. Drawback would be the extra weight though, but the speed would improve.

My favorite is the Jericho 941 midsize, chambered in .45 acp. Steel frame based on the CZ I believe. Double action/single action. And safety can be put on at half cock. A beast. 10 rd mags. Add a Hogue grip sleeve.
Loved the video , and yes it made me smile as well , and chuckle , and create a shoulder strap , so that 2 could be carried with ease ... hats off to you sootch....T...

Nice! Would have appreciated more info on when to switch from the high and low setting for the gas adjustment.
L Low setting for 2 3 /4 inch shells , H High setting for 3 inch shells.
I really like how it throws the rounds forward but I'm a big fan of iwi...

Just got it today and it feels so cool! funny I got stuck with the barrels and the bolt at the very beginning because I didn't read the manual, but after that I really enjoyed it.

It definitely could be improved. They should upgrade the rotation process sort of like a revolver rotating after each shot. In this case, it would rotate after each chamber is empty.
Yeah, the kind of double twist that you need to do to rotate it seems a little awkward.
But this way you can switch a certain type of shell you might need for the situation
