@@ForgottenFitnessit's been awhile since I've done the dumbbell version because I like blending the bent press in with my Turkish get-ups and my 90/90 get ups and windmills so I'm always using a kettlebell but I will start doing the dumbbell again and maybe one day I will start taking stuff outside and finally do it with a barbell like a real man hahaha
Great video! I love the bent press, however I have seen and I preform mine a little different than the way you do yours. (I do mine with more of a hip lean and press myself down sideways, and not inbetween my legs. I have videos of me doing it on my channel in shorts.) Do you think the difference might be prefrence between lifters? kinda, like low bar squat vs high bar squat? just wondering?

I've taken two clubbells, held them in a torch grip, and did the bent press. Done this with dumbbells and kettlebells
