    Wow! This is amazing! I've never had a class where the instructor continues to remind you what comes next. I was just learning this weekend that our nervous system likes to know what happens before it happens, and knowing what's coming takes out a level of stress so that I could really focus on the workouts and going deep into them!     Thank you so much!! This workout was particularly fun and engaging. I love how you explain each movement and talk through each exercise, reminding us to breathe and maintain proper posture. I always get so much more out of these workouts when the instructor explains things, with minimal or no music! (I always turn the volume all the way down on videos where the instructor doesn’t explain things). I’ve really only just started trying Pilates through your videos, and I like it more and more! I am excited to keep learning from you and getting stronger and better at these movements all throughout the body. Thank you again! ❤❤

    This helped with my singing! After doing this workout, I barely had to warm up before singing practice - my core muscles were already engaged and my breathing under control. Thank you Lottie!

    Started Pilates a few weeks ago when I developed a trapped nerve in my neck. Thought it would help which it has but what surprised me is how fun it is and how hard it is on the core. Now do it everyday along with resistance training and some cardio. Your channel is my favourite and you come across really well . Very likeable and humble despite being very talented person. Keep it up ☺️

    I have really enjoyed your pilates sessions Lottie. I am up to doing 30mins per day and I can see how much better toned and defined my body has become. This has been especially beneficial during lockdown, thank you so much. In terms of future content, it would be great to do a specific session for ankles and calf muscles as I struggle with thickness in that area. xxxxx

    Very excited for both December's classes and the membership! Been missing your regular uploads so tomorrow is going to be a great day! My favourite Pilates instructor on TH-cam by far, your classes have me grounded and energised and you promote healthy relationship to body image and fitness rather than the overarching focus being on loosing weight fast - as someone who has had an unhealthy relationship to body image in the past, I really appreciate your approach and feel stronger, healthier and happier since practicing Pilates daily!     This was great! I suffered a hip injury earlier in the year and I still can´t do anything too high impact. This was perfect as it got me moving but didn´t cause any extra pain. Thank you Lottie, keep up the wonderful work! :)

    I really liked how it took away all muscle tightness/stiffness in my quads from teaching ballet on a hard floor on Saturday!!! Great class. How does payment work for your classes on zoom?
