Really loved this one, as always! Some of these exercises definitely showed how much I need to improve my flexibility in order to improve my pilates practice overall -- would love to see a video on stretches/flexibility exercises to help with the single leg stretch etc. Thank you Lottie! xx

Great class as always Lottie! I love doing my Sunday pilates after doing the week of teaching my own classes. It made me laugh when you said about the heating being on because I did the exact same thing with the class I did this week. I couldn't breathe it was so hot and then I realise the heating was on 24 degrees! Definitely hot pilates in the winter. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday! Emma xx

It's Sunday and I'm resting my body, but definitely looking forward to trying this tomorrow after a long day working from home. Thank you Lottie for always keeping me motivated to even just stretching my body after work. It's really beneficial since I have a little problem with my back. I loved this one! Definitely saved as one of my favourites! I really enjoyed level of how challenging it was, and how everything flowed so nicely together - a real test of stamina as well as strength. I found your videos back in May and they’ve been amazing to have throughout this year - there’s no way I’d have managed that whole routine as well as I did today if I wasn’t so much stronger as a result of your other videos!
Great work out thank you. Although I really want to love Pilates but the part at the start of this vid is causing me so much stress/ache in my shoulders and have to keep stopping the exercises. Is that normal or is that a sign I’m not doing something right?
