    Miss Murphy…I m a mum of two girls(9,12 years old)living on an island in Greece…I ve been dealing with anxiety issues the last 2 years and one day I decided to search for stress relief classes on you tube…and guess what..I came across to your channel…since then I became a fan of you…even your voice brings peace to my mind..thank you indeed..

    I'm 33 with 4 kids and never even been active in my life. The occasional walks, the grocery shoppings and the handling of kids that's normal but never truly commit to getting fit until this year. I've joined pilates and have gone to a few classes and I'm liking your simple and easy to follow videos Lottie. Thank you so much 🌹🌹

    I really enjoyed this practice. I loved how it was more of a stretch than a workout but I still felt the burn, especially in my glutes during the side-lying exercises.

    Thank you so much for your lovely classes. I've been dealing recently with a flare up of a chronic lung issue and your classes have really helped me to do deep breathing each morning and be able to keep moving my body in a calm and controlled way. Also great for keeping the spirits up!

    I experience a lot of shoulder blade pain. Right side. I have a blue back cane and I roll on a tennis ball. I've had this pain for 20 years. I used to think it was my back. It's all along the scapula from 12o clock to 6o clock. Any ideas?
    Please excuse the name.
