I have the black bezel 1953. My 1st Invicta. They need to go in this direction with some smaller less blingy watches. This may not be their mainstay but there is definitely a market for more traditional watches.
Love the wrist watch check! You don't see that watch very often. I own it and absolutely love it. My only other Invicta is the black bezel 1953 which I also love.
I have 5 Invicta watches, for the money they are pretty decent watches. I have a coworker this is all he collects, has over 50 of them which to me is a bit much, but their quartz watches usually around $50 you can build a collection off them, I’m not into the huge dinner plate models they make but I have a 1953 and 3 pro divers and a skeleton Invicta.
Nice! Invicta can be a good gateway into other brands for some collector's. I'm with you, the dinner plate models aren't my cup of tea. BUT different strokes for different folks.
Invicta should stick with these awesome Divers/Pro Divers they are extremely reliable with the Seiko NH35A movement! For the money these are hard to beat! ✌🏼😎👍🏼

IMO this is what Invicta should do, they really should do more like this instead of their gaudy stuff they keep churning out. But at this point I think the damage to their rep is just about done.
But people are buying the huge, flashy watches…so they obviously have a place in the market. I, too, like the “toned down” Invicta models. I have a Pro Diver that I got in a trade. Beautiful watch. Yes, it’s a little big, but you can tell it’s quality built. For people that are into the brand, there’s definitely a realization of value/quality for money.

The original has a plastic crystal, a smaller 38mm 316 stainless case, a worst movement and a much chintzier bracelet. If you think this is a toy, try the Rolex.

Great to see some love for invicta. They have their negatives but overall at the price you get a lot for your money.
For sure! A lot of watch for the money and some genuinely cool pieces in the lineup, it just requires some digging.

Seems to tick all the boxes in it price range. As to the other examples shown I already have something big and ugly attached to my wrists.

This is a Hacking and Winding Seiko movement beats at 21,600 what's the issue I believe the original 1953 Rolex beat at 18,000.

1953s are not the only Invicta Diver without the side Etch! The Vintage line distressed diver doesn't either! Poor man's late 50s,60s Diver!
