Hey Thai Girl Gift and Fournier joe, what a great video. Those people got a great deal on that place. The money they are putting into it will surely come back to them. I thought that place next door was someone else's place and then you said the maids quarters. We plan to have a cook and cleaning lady in our place but I'm debating on whether to have a live in or have them just come every day.

The price is amazing you won't find deals like this often and when you do you need to move fast because it would not be on the market for long. On the land, I would be putting up a granny/guest house for visitors. So much potential for future projects.

oh my goodness!! That place is incredible. I've done some building, and I can see the quality. I would put about 50-100 trees out in that huge yard. Seems like sort of a waste for that house to only have one bedroom.

Both my wife and I have regular conversations with him, I know it sounds crazy, but you can really get to know what these parrots feel, and they do respond in different ways depending on the needsl. We would have definitely considered buying it. However, in saying that, we are extremely happy with our decision to build our own home, the land size and location. All the best!

I believe prachuap Facebook is probably the best way to search for availabilities. You can also Google rentals and homes for sale in Muang Prachuap Khiri Khan Thailand. I know I still owe you an answer about the outside tiles. I’m waiting for HomePro to open back up.

I just did my covid test and traveled back into the usa. fyi the antigen test is less harsh on your nose or u can do by finger stick (rare outside the usa). your house is truly a work of art and we are all so happy for u to finally realize such a wonderful place! i am heat sensitive so I am looking at the mexico highlands but prices are pretty high there.
